I can't speak to the service or food (menu items), but the location is central in Santana Row and good to sit, and people-watch. During certain times of the year, there's music, singers in this area.

This is a great place to lounge and rest on a sunny day. Sometimes there are musicians performing. And it’s a great spot just for people-watching.
