Don't bother ordering something from their online shop if you need it in a timely manner. They took nearly 2 weeks to ship out something I needed in time for Christmas. Will have to start a return now.edit: I did reach out to them asking why they hadn't shipped out the item last week and they ignored my email

I love this place, but this is the third time I've looked up the hours online and I get there and they are closed. I went there at 5:00 on a Saturday. Maybe they should change their listed hours? Other than that...love them!
