“Excellent service. If you need a compounded medication for yourself or your pet absolutely worth coming here. Our family has used this pharmacy many times before but today, one of our kitty cats got prescribed a pain medication at the end of the day from her vet, and this pharmacy is going above and beyond to fill it same day. Most pharmacies are so backed up one has to wait for compounded medication at least a day. The staff here is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. We are fortunate to have them in the tri-valley area.”

“We (spouse and I) never had a need for a compounding pharmacy before as we have our typical prescriptions automatically refilled via another company. However, when our family need one-off prescriptions filled (after urgent care visits, etc.), we tend to go to either CVS/Walgreens and the likes. Yesterday evening, after a Pediatric Urgent Care visit for our kiddo, we were given a prescription that was sent to CVS inside Target. They then told us they can't fill it and we need to go to a main store like CVS/Walgreens that is a standalone brick and mortar store (meaning not inside another store). After calling several nearby CVS/Walgreens standalone stores, no one can fill the prescription. Finally, someone mentioned to us that we need a "compounding pharmacy". We Yelped for a compounding pharmacy and called Diablo Pharmacy, which was still open. Unfortunately, Diablo Pharmacy had one of the main ingredients listed in the prescription in powder form, which isn't the liquid form called out in the prescription (that's a no go for us since the Urgent Care physician confirmed the powder form wouldn't be as effective). Although we didn't fill our kiddo's prescription with this pharmacy due to one ingredient needed that wasn't an exact match as the one prescribed, we felt that this business deserves the five star rating. They were great to work with and for that, we're grateful for.”

“CVS on Alcosta has been my pharmacy for years and it never disappoints. The pharmacist, Benton, is always knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It’s nice to have a pharmacist you can trust. All of the employees have been great, as well.”

“5 stars for Benton the pharmacist ~he is always cheery, says 'hi' even if he is busy filling orders. He knew my name on (about) the second time I was doing a pick-up!!! (I guess now I am a regular. I would say, I am staying at CVS IS BECAUSE OF BENTON. ~unfortunately, I am not as good with names, but the pretty Indian lady is so sweet & helpful as well Thank You, both ,(laurie). ----------- Two-to-three stars for the main part of the store. Fifty/fifty if you get a 'nice' customer service employee. The two guys-management were very-very nice; there is a new female manager that was totally rude & needs some classes on being polite!!!(3/13/'23 @ 4:04) Also, some items are extremely overpriced... Where others are just a little pricey... but that's what happens at a convenient store”

“love everything about this Safeway but who put money into rebranding this place? must have been someone without imagination or new ideas. this place is like walking into an old Alpha Beta or even how Lucky stores have looked for the past bazillion years. it really feels cheap and outdated. nice try, but keep trying. hope not a lot of money was spent on the remodel.”

“I used to go to Lucky pharmacy in San Ramon which closed. Was so sad because we lived our wonderful pharmacist Susan. after Lucky pharmacy closed, I went over to Safeway Dublin Blvd. The professionalism and customer service was not the best. I Tried them for a year but was so disappointed. I found out that Susan my awesome pharmacist from Lucky landed at Walmart on Alcosta. . She is the main reason I transferred she is professional, friendly, and is so detailed oriented. Everybody should be so lucky to have someone like Susan as a wonderful professional!!”

“I often get my flu shots and lab work done here. The technician (pharmacist?) is really nice. I've never had issues here. I don't get prescriptions here as I used to go to CVS/Walgreens and now I go to Kaiser, but I'm sure it's a decent experience. The Quest lab is good!”

“Great customer service. Asha the pharmacist, goes above and beyond to make sure my 93-year old mom's prescriptions are available and ready for pickup when you need them. She would go out of her way to help us out just to make sure if the prescriptions are covered under my mom's insurance. Very accomodating! Friendly staff too! I would highly recommend this place. :)”

“Visited here for a flu shot midafternoon in a Tuesday. I made an appointment about 40 minutes prior to showing up to the store. This is the best Walgreens experience I've had in quite some time. Their pharmacy staff was very efficient, there was no large line or long wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The Pleasanton Walgreens every time I've visited for a flu shot had always taken 1+ hours to complete. I was quite satisfied that this location was quick and efficient. I didn't need to do any shopping, but it appeared they had plenty of staff available on the floor stocking it ready to help out customers. The store also appeared clean, and well stocked.”

“Today. Was a great day i was waiting in line with some lady who was down on her luck. God knows i was there at one time. The parmacy was trying there best to-help her. She didn't have enough for her mental health med. Something inside me took over. I told them id pay. To make it easier for the lady i hope someday she can do it herself . But what i liked the pharmacist acknowledged me and said i was a good man. Those words were kind and i needed it . Thank you. This is why this is my pharmacy the people and pharmacist are extremely professional and thank you Robert”
