“PJ is a great guy, who appreciates and respects those who appreciate and respect him. Just like most of us he a human and obviously those 1 star giving people are not. So what if you got the guy on a bad day, before you get all immersed in your feelings about a person’s reaction to your personality, so much so that you take the energy to go online and make an emotion fueled post about a business or a person who owns it, think about all the times that you were less than perfect when servicing an annoying, or rude, or unpleasant customer. I bet you’re glad no one posted a comment about you, or a video calling you out for it. I can tell you this, I was a customer of Diablo Pharmacy for many years before moving out of state four years ago. Since then my family and I have said, “I miss PJ so much!” many times when having to deal with the big corporate pharmaceutical companies lack of compassion, concern, and personality.”

“I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, and the pharmacists are always very nice & helpful. Benton is super knowledgeable, professional, polite, and always resolves any prescription issues promptly & efficiently. The store itself is always clean, and the staff is always friendly & helpful. I really hope this store never closes!!”

“5 Stars – Hardworking and Dedicated Staff

I’ve been coming to the Walgreens pharmacy on Windemere Parkway in San Ramon for the past three years, and the employees here are incredibly hardworking and dedicated. Any shortcomings are due to Walgreens’ system, not the staff.

The pharmacy team consistently does their best to get prescriptions ready as quickly as possible, despite the overly optimistic estimates provided by the Walgreens app. For example, my doctor sent in a prescription, and the app said it would be ready in an hour—realistically, that’s just not enough time given the volume of prescriptions they handle. Even when things are delayed, the staff makes every effort to get your medication to you as soon as they can.

While I don’t think Walgreens as a company is particularly well-run, and their IT systems leave a lot to be desired, the people at this location genuinely care about their customers. They work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly, and for that, they absolutely deserve five stars.”

“love everything about this Safeway but who put money into rebranding this place? must have been someone without imagination or new ideas. this place is like walking into an old Alpha Beta or even how Lucky stores have looked for the past bazillion years. it really feels cheap and outdated. nice try, but keep trying. hope not a lot of money was spent on the remodel.”

“This CVS is pretty quiet most of the time. There is usually one person up front - if not they are near by stocking shelves.

They have a great toy selection and candy selection. Holiday items usually on sale.

They have 2 self checkout machines. Super fast & easy to grab something quick … no lines.

In the front, by the register, is a machine that you can use to price check an item or print out your coupons with your phone number.

They have a pharmacy & the staff is super nice.
They are conveniently located & gave plenty of parking. Also their makeup department is always full & they have all the newest items.

The only thing I don’t like is- that there is no bags at the self checkout. Oh, & the million mile long receipt I get every time lol

Anyways it’s the best CVS in the area.

PS there’s a self help photo department and an orange lottery scratcher machine in there as well!”

“Nice and clean store with helpful staff. Only issue I didn’t bought medicine because CVS prices are multiple fold more than same acid reflex medicine at Costco. Even it’s more than Target or Walmart.”

“This 5-star is for Shu. She’s very responsible, went above and beyond. Previously other pharmacists had given wrong numbers of rx medications at this cvs. Shu completely changed the bad image here. Also had vaccines here before, they were nice and professional. The location is very convenient too.”

“This pharmacy isn't perfect, but they've always taken good care of me. Been going here for about 8 years now and have tons of prescriptions with them. Michelle, one of the longest tenured pharmacists, has been a lifesaver and is so nice to work with. A another recent bright spot was the addition of Lisa, who went out of her way to help me save money on a prescription my insurance doesn't cover - she saved me $1,000 a year, and it was her idea! Over time this pharmacy has been hiring better employees, and the pharmacists who have been around for many years are really good and friendly. Give them a try.”
