“We recently moved countries from Switzerland and my son started mid season at a Jr Kindergarten with Ms. Tanibet at Acorn. Coming from Switzerland, he didn't even know how to write and considering he was already behind other kids, we were so nervous whether he will be able to cope up with the change. But, we can't thank Ms. Tanibet enough, she has been a tremendous teacher. She worked so hard with him. There were initial days where he would not like to come home and do homework and now he not only loves writing and reading, he looks forward to going to school and loves doing his homework. The kind of confidence we have seen him in 4 months is simply amazing. We want to thank Ms. Tanibet for helping him at every step and Thank you all the teachers and facility at Acorn! We love the school, teachers and the facility.”

“Little bridges is by far the best preschool near Gale Ranch. I sent three kids there from 1yrs old until they were in Kindergarten and they loved it and still talk about all the fun they used to have. Little Bridges has been an extended family to us.”

“The Redwood International Montessori (TRIMONT) is a preschool for which we are truly grateful. Our daughter had had several behavioral issues until July of last year, and in the previous preschools, when a child had a behavioral problem, the teacher reacted negatively and stimulated the child further, making the problem worse. After much consideration and research, we decided to move to TRIMONT starting in August of last year, and it was a very wise decision for us.After moving to this preschool, my child's various problems improved noticeably thanks to the experienced teachers who guided kids in a gentle yet authoritative voice, and were very patient. Also, the calm atmosphere at school made my child feel more comfortable and ease. A kid who hated school life until then said, "I like to go to school" after coming to TRIMONT.Overall this school follows Montessori way of teaching well, which I like about, and at the same time, they use general academic method for pre-K students to have them prepared for kindergarten. Pre-K students practice hand writing everyday, read many books, and learn addition/subtraction in math. Teachers don't force kids to learn, but rather they respect kids' opinion and encourage them to learn one by one. Until August of last year, we worried about whether our daughter would be able to properly adapt to kindergarten. But now in Kindergarten, which began this August, she has adapted very well, and we were happy to see that she was well prepared for kindergarten both mentally(emotionally) and academically. Its playground has an abundant sand-play area, and kids can ride bicycles alongside various kitchen play tools. The director Ms. Annagi, Ms. Laxmi, Ms. Yussemia, Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Mariella are all great teachers, and they always lead children patiently and gently with abundant wisdom. Also, they are always open to discuss or communicate about kids or any other concerns.I am truly grateful that my child attended TRIMONT, and I would recommend it to others as well.”

“BH Bishop Ranch is amazing and high quality. We get updates of our daughter periodically, teachers are very tentative and fun!! Kids go outside either to walk or play, my daughter esp. loves the sand pit. I love the learning experiences for kids using combination of indoor circle time involving senses, coloring etc. as well out outdoor learning about nature. I highly recommend this center!”

“I'm not here for the school. But we have basketball open gym every Monday 7-10pm and Friday 9am-12am. Coming out of COVID this was a GEM of a find. It's literally 80-100 people spread out across three full courts for three hours. It's basketball heaven for almost any level of player (not for super new hoopers and probably not for former professionals). But it's a good mix of skill levels and most of the people are super cool. Made a lot of friends through open gym basketball here just over the past 8 months.”

“Best 3 years I'd had of school, definitely wish I was still there. Curriculum was definitely challenging, but manageable. Teachers were very helpful and kind, and taught many useful skills for high school, especially in helping me improve my skills in the liberal arts area. Brother currently enjoys the school, and I would definitely send my kids here in the future. To all the people who say they think the school is terrible or bad, I should think that it is due mostly to the structure of the school- it requires the child to be much more self-motivated, but the teachers are definitely happy to support and help.”
