The whole staff here from management to maintenance are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Parking is plenty at any time. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and security is great, honestly i love living here and I strongly recommend it. I couldn’t be happier!!!”

“During my two years at Prisma, I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire management team. I'd say it'd be incredibly challenging to find a better staff than Prisma's. Julie, Makayla, and Katherine have always been attentive, welcoming, and incredibly positive. They have a way of making your day brighter every time you step into the office. Beyond their cheerful attitudes, their problem-solving skills and genuine care for both the residents and the building truly set them apart.

The maintenance team is the cherry on top. Alberto, with his warm smile, takes splendid care, keeping the building clean, and well maintained. Mahinor and Brian are absolute professionals. No matter what issue are in your unit, they handle it promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. These guys are incredibly awesome.

“Ive been living here for 5 years. I love this complex it does have ups and downs like anything in life, but having a manager like Patrick makes me want to stay here another 5 years. Such a great person, hes always trying to find a solution to make everyone happy. And gets everything handled quickly, which makes for a great living enviroment. The complex has some amazing landscaping that transports you to a tropical oasis. And so many amenities here make it very enjoyable. Lastly the location, so easy to get places when your right off the freeway . Definately a gem in OC”

“Lived here 5 years, and it was the best I could have hoped for.
Beautiful scenery. The parking situation is not perfect but it's the best that you'll find for the Costa Mesa / Santa Ana area - there's always a spot somewhere even if it's a walk. The only major downside is that you must be careful securing your car, try to park inside the gate because outside the gate in the guest parking there have been break-ins, drilled keyholes, stolen tires, ect. The staff will absolutely do their very best for you and will be on your side. The laundry room can be rough at peek hours of the day, but at odd hours I can easily take up 4 washers/dryers at time. Great gym that is often empty. Sense of community is superb and the neighbors are the best. We were sad to leave and will miss it greatly.”
