“During the week that my mom passed away someone in a parking lot scraped my driver's side bumper on my BMW X1. No note, no anything, another stress I did not need!
We made our way to Caliber Collision on Edison off Gutierrez Street and they fixed the bumper promptly and perfectly ... no stress! I mentioned that I was really frustrated with my foggy looking headlamps. The shop said we could try to polish them and make them look better! This was not part of my insurance repair but this shop went above and beyond and made my car look fantatic!
Will be recommending this shop to anyone in need!

“I brought my RAV4 here after a not-at-fault collision that left it dented and scratched. David and his team provided amazing service, with clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. They helped me understand and coordinate with insurance to make sure all accident-related repairs were covered. The dent was repaired, the bumper was replaced, and no damage was left behind.
I also had them replace my windshield (a large rock cracked the glass on the freeway), restore the headlights, detail the car, and clean the engine bay. When I picked it up, I was amazed. It was shining, swirl- and scratch-free, and smooth to the touch. The interior was spotless and fresh, and the headlights were gleaming with clarity. It was well worth it.”

“I came in 9/26/25 for a small item, a wrench for tightening my battery connector. Alex helped me, first asking if I wanted to borrow or buy one. Didn't know borrowing was a possibility! But I wanted to buy, and he was knowledgeable about the options and quickly found the best one for me at a reasonable price. But the topper was that he came out to my car and very patiently helped me learn to use it, even going back for a sharpie to mark each side for me (tighten/loosen). All in all, it was the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. Give that man a raise!”
“I had Iron Horse Auto Body straighten out my rear bumper on my 2013 Toyota Prius, and they gave me a fair price to do the work. They picked up my car from my home in Buellton, since their Buellton branch isn’t open yet, took it to their main shop in Santa Barbara to do the work. When it was completed, they delivered my car, spotless from them also washing it, inside and out. The bumper was reinstalled and looks showroom ready! Great job! The office called and texted me throughout the process, as we had to wait for parts, and I really appreciated the communication. These people know what they’re doing, and are honest!”

“Charley went to bat for me on helping me get my cost of repair and parts lowered since it was a safety issue of having to get my airbag censor replaced. He sent me pictures of my car throughout the repair and provided me with updates. The dealership also provided an uber to get me to work while my car was being worked on and made sure I had one if needed to get back to the dealership when the repair was done. I am so grateful.”
“Jerry was great!! I needed his help to add a new exhaust system to our old 1995 Ford F150 which had an ugly old rusty tailpipe that didn’t look good and was an eye sore. Also in the past the truck struggled with passing smog and needed help.
I told him I really wanted a new Chrome tailpipe for the truck that looked good but also to add a new exhaust system that would make the truck sound better but not too loud.
Man did Jerry come through for me! The new tailpipe looks badass! Also the truck sounds perfect now!!
