“I brought my RAV4 here after a not-at-fault collision that left it dented and scratched. David and his team provided amazing service, with clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. They helped me understand and coordinate with insurance to make sure all accident-related repairs were covered. The dent was repaired, the bumper was replaced, and no damage was left behind. I also had them replace my windshield (a large rock cracked the glass on the freeway), restore the headlights, detail the car, and clean the engine bay. When I picked it up, I was amazed. It was shining, swirl- and scratch-free, and smooth to the touch. The interior was spotless and fresh, and the headlights were gleaming with clarity. It was well worth it.”

“The best mechanic in town! I had a small accident that required a bumper replacement with genuine OEM parts. Eduardo gave me the best quote out of 3 other body shops I visited (Anacapa, Caliber, etc). He only fixed what was necessary and did not add any hidden fees or senseless expenses to save me the most amount of money possible! Furthermore, he returned my car having done a full interior and exterior wash. This shop is the definition of bang for your buck! 100% recommend. He’s gained a customer for life.”

More importantly, the buying process was easy and straightforward. His manager Mark was able to work with us as well in ensuring a stream lined process with getting financing from the bank. And Jocelyn was a professional with talking about the after purchase add ons I could go with (GAP insurance, warranty, service package etc.) I did end up getting the 9 year bumper to bumper warranty through Perry Mazda. “Santa Barbara BMW over delivered on my expectations for a sales experience. I had been looking for a 2023 BMW X5 45e all over the southern California area. After two weeks, I was in contract with no less than 7 Los Angeles area dealerships and was getting extremely frustrated. From salespeople simply not responding to salespeople sending me pricing for an X3, to receiving emails from four people at one South Bay location, yet not one of them following up to answer questions or provide pricing. I finally expanded my search to Santa Barbara BMW and Jimmy Trieste immediately responded with answers to all my questions on the X5 I found on their website, provided pricing options, and negotiated my BMW lease trade all in under 24-hours. Jimmy knew it was a long drive for me to get to Santa Barbra from LA and traffic would be bad on a Saturday, so he arranged all the paperwork to be sent ahead of time electronically. When I arrived at the dealership, he had my new X5 waiting for me out front, took the keys to my BMW and already had their tech specialist waiting next to my car to set up my phone and get the technology synced. He then showed me to the finance office who was ready and waiting for me and the paperwork was finalized in under 20 minutes. All told I was in and out of BMW Santa Barbara, driving my new X5 in UNDER AN HOUR! This is 5th BWM and I have never received that kind of service. It was incredible. When I got into my new X5 there was a gift box waiting for me on the seat with goodies from BMW Santa Barbara too! Previously I purchased 3 BMWs from the same dealer and never got so much as a keychain as a thank you from them. This was my first experience at BMW Santa Barbara, but it will not be my last. I highly recommend Jimmy, he will take care of you, make the process painless and ensure you get exactly the type of service you expect from BMW.”

“I came in 9/26/25 for a small item, a wrench for tightening my battery connector. Alex helped me, first asking if I wanted to borrow or buy one. Didn't know borrowing was a possibility! But I wanted to buy, and he was knowledgeable about the options and quickly found the best one for me at a reasonable price. But the topper was that he came out to my car and very patiently helped me learn to use it, even going back for a sharpie to mark each side for me (tighten/loosen). All in all, it was the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. Give that man a raise!”
