“Four years ago I sideswiped an MTD bus. I was in a borrowed car! No damage to the bus, but damage to the SUV. MTD told me they used "Happy's" when they need body work on the buses. They were extremely competitive on price, but they also accommodated my busy schedule. Their work was perfect- and much better than what I expected for the price!Last week I backed into a wall with my Lexus SUV. Thankfully my i-phone had stored their name. I drove to the old location and they had relocated. The internet gave me an address for a slightly different name, Catster. I drove by and thankfully saw a sign inside that said "Happy's"! The office sent Happy over to my car. My rear panel had separated from the clips and left a wedge opening. Happy opened the trunk, gave a good solid pounding, and the quarter panel was good as new!Happy did not even charge me. “Awesome - I highly recommend this place!! David is such a great guy - so fair and helpful, and very knowledgeable about German cars. And he won't overcharge you. The air suspension on my 2018 BMW X5 malfunctioned while we were visiting SB from the Bay Area for the week and David was able to quickly diagnose & re-route the wiring (which a previous mechanic had screwed up) to correct the issue and get us back on the road the same day…and at no charge! My wife & I were so happy! So honest and fair - I will definitely be taking my car back here! I just wish we lived closer. David is simply amazing.”

“Excellent family owned and operated business. I had a bumper repaired and painted, and they did a terrific job - my 2015 Tahoe looks new again! They gave me a very reasonable estimate, and honored that estimate even two months later. On my way home from picking up the Tahoe, I noticed my parking assist sensors weren't working properly, so I brought the vehicle back the next day, and John was on it immediately. He offered to buy me a cup of coffee from a shop next door, and before I even got my order, they had fixed the problem. My only suggestion for Anacapa is to begin accepting credit cards (they accept cash and checks for payment), even if they have to upcharge to cover the interchange fee. In summary, I highly recommend Anacapa Auto Body. Great service, quality and value.”

“This is the greatest car repair (body work) ever, ever EVER. And their setup is so convenient. My 2003 Toyota 4-runner had the back end bashed and needed an all-new bumper, and by the time I got my car back (M-F) Classic Collision (aka Prestigious Auto Body) gave it back to me Brand Shiny New - the whole car! They had detailed it, fixed things they noticed needed fixing- I will drive this car forever now! The BEST part is the convenience. You can drop your car with Robert at his office on Gutierrez St. (where Prestigious used to operate), he will provide the estimate - and he takes it from there. He takes the car out to Fairview, while Enterprise car rental comes and picks you up, to give you a car, if you need it(I did). When the car was finished, I drove to Enterprise out in Goleta (Fairview) which is next to Classic Collision work place - handed them the keys, then walked down the block to pick up the car. No signing of papers, no delay, everything on auto-pilot. Corey treated me like I was the Queen of England, really took care of some things, with no muss, and with a great deal of care. “I just went to buy new headlamps and a headlight restore kit. I watched a bunch of videos because I was going to try to do it myself. I am in a bit of a time crunch and I didn't have time to schedule with anyone nearby. I mentioned to Bryan the store associate that I was going to try to do it myself. He promptly said let's go take a look. He gleefully and professionally changed my headlights out with the new bulbs I bought right there in the parking lot. What am amazing experience. “Santa Barbara BMW over delivered on my expectations for a sales experience. I had been looking for a 2023 BMW X5 45e all over the southern California area. After two weeks, I was in contract with no less than 7 Los Angeles area dealerships and was getting extremely frustrated. From salespeople simply not responding to salespeople sending me pricing for an X3, to receiving emails from four people at one South Bay location, yet not one of them following up to answer questions or provide pricing. I finally expanded my search to Santa Barbara BMW and Jimmy Trieste immediately responded with answers to all my questions on the X5 I found on their website, provided pricing options, and negotiated my BMW lease trade all in under 24-hours. Jimmy knew it was a long drive for me to get to Santa Barbra from LA and traffic would be bad on a Saturday, so he arranged all the paperwork to be sent ahead of time electronically. When I arrived at the dealership, he had my new X5 waiting for me out front, took the keys to my BMW and already had their tech specialist waiting next to my car to set up my phone and get the technology synced. He then showed me to the finance office who was ready and waiting for me and the paperwork was finalized in under 20 minutes. All told I was in and out of BMW Santa Barbara, driving my new X5 in UNDER AN HOUR! This is 5th BWM and I have never received that kind of service. It was incredible. When I got into my new X5 there was a gift box waiting for me on the seat with goodies from BMW Santa Barbara too! Previously I purchased 3 BMWs from the same dealer and never got so much as a keychain as a thank you from them. This was my first experience at BMW Santa Barbara, but it will not be my last. I highly recommend Jimmy, he will take care of you, make the process painless and ensure you get exactly the type of service you expect from BMW.”

“The car market is crazy right now. Almost every dealership in California is charging dealer markup and dealer accessories. Even with that, Jerry got me a good price in the market today. More importantly, the buying process was easy and straightforward. His manager Mark was able to work with us as well in ensuring a stream lined process with getting financing from the bank. And Jocelyn was a professional with talking about the after purchase add ons I could go with (GAP insurance, warranty, service package etc.) I did end up getting the 9 year bumper to bumper warranty through Perry Mazda. Any advice for anyone reading this, work with Jerry in sales and no one else. He will ensure you get a good price and have a smooth buying process.”
