Bought a historic drive in theatre in Santa Maria and now they are taking down my home town's history. Despicable, unfortunate that nobody could stop them.

They were a decent place to place to live for three years if you don’t mind noisy neighbors playing mariachi music loudly! And when you decide to move they tell you that getting your deposit money back will be no problem until they basically steal it from you!

With a mission to build affordable homes with site-based services that offer opportunities to change lives and strengthen communities, People’s Self-Help Housing is the longest-serving nonprofit housing organization on California’s Central Coast.
We support low income families, farmworkers, seniors, and veterans and provide welcoming environments for those living with disabilities and for the formerly homeless. Along with building and managing beautiful and accessible neighborhoods, we offer a wide range of services to promote health, well-being, and career success.
