“Today my partner & I came in over some concerns in our unit as it was infested with spiders and was filled with lots of sand. The manager we spoke to Joah was kind enough to attend us about a prior issue we had with the last manager about incorrect pricing. Unfortunately, we were unable to get our pricing lowered as previously stated but Joah was very attentive to looking for different units for us and afterwards cleaned up the sand and cobwebs for us! Thank you for better customer service than we have experienced before :)”
