“Shaka Movers gave me outstanding service under difficult conditions. They rescued my moving plans when another company cancelled the move with no notice. The move was complicated and large (a 3 bedroom house, including packing the house, and with many antique pieces to be moved). The move took two days. I had confidence about this move from my very first contact with Jackson. The result exceeded my expectations, in every way. The crew (Brendan, Trevor, Jack , Ryan, Mike, Tom) were professional, hard working, polite, reassuring, easy to deal with, and calm. This move was a very good value. I can't say enough positive things about their service for me. I'll recommend them to my friends and family, and I'll know that they will be well taken care of. “The Best Storage Facility anyone could ever ask for! All my belongings stay safe(unlike the place on Fair Ave. where all my stuff got stolen!). The live in managers here have been so amazing and friendly. Both the former Jeanine, and the current Frank have both made this place more like a friendly community. Instead of just a cold storage place. Frank is awesome! He makes sure that he says "Hello Sean. How are you...." each and every time he sees me. Which in this current age of technology is something often forgotten about, but is very much appreciated. I really couldn't possibly be any happier or any more satisfied with the 6 or so years renting a unit here!!! Highly recommend this place!!!”

“These people are amazing! Forgive me for forgetting their names, but the people who work there go above and beyond! I had a payment issue and Public Storage customer support wasn't willing to help, but the people at the office there fixed it, saving me from a bill I simply cannot pay atm. The place is also super clean and I always see them out doing a great job. They're super friendly too and as someone who does have some social anxiety I felt welcome and safe. Thank you guys so much, and if I'm ever back in Santa Cruz and need a place to store stuff this absolutely is the location I'd go to.”

“This is my new favorite storage place ever! I work crazy hours and needed a storage unit that I could go to at odd times. I never even knew this place was there! Unbelievably cheap and exactly what I needed. Thank you Bay mini storage, you're so much better than public storage or any of the other places in town. I even left my key sitting outside of my unit for almost a week and it was still there when I got back. Amazing”

“The customer service at the Dubois location is excellent. Verna in particular really went above and beyond helping me figure out an issue. She was friendly, patient, and dedicated to helping me figure things out. I previously have interacted with Jorden, who was also very friendly and helpful. I've really been impressed with the people working in the office. I appreciated that the facility is temperature controlled. My stuff was stored there for a year and half and nothing was damaged. I hired movers to help me and they found it easy to get stuff into their truck. Over the past year and a half the facility has had waves of disarray - broken gate, trash, random people coming and going but I've noticed that they have taken measures to make the place more secure and clean.”

“If yur not too picky and need a month 2 month storage unit, this is the place to come and get just that. 8x6x14 cost about 50 a month. That includes late fees cuz i was always late. But never had any issues here. Staff was always great.”
