“Just had my bike repaired the week before last. It's been riding perfectly since then. Definitely recommended Breakaway for expert service, price, and repair.”

“Super friendly staff. During the Coronavirus, they were still able to help me over the phone, assist in setting up my CycleOps trainer (to help me avoid going crazy indoors) and overall amazing customer service. Despite tough circumstances, Stephanie made every accommodation and my expectations were met - above and beyond all expectations. Thanks for your caring and love of cycling. Cheers!”

“Absolutely amazing experience. Geoffrey is very responsive by text. I had special requests on my brompton order because I needed him to hold for a few days before shipping, and he was very accommodating. I added in extra items that would have required separate shipping but he simply included it. Everything arrived as promised and well packaged. Very professional in a kindly way. I’m a very happy with my purchase experience.”

“My partner and I had a great experience here. I was looking for the perfect gravel bike that could be set up for bike-packing trips and not only did Brooks have exactly what I was looking for, but for a great price compared to other places for the used version of this bike and he also had a used bike rack, water bottle holder, ans clipless pedals in the shops he was able to install for me right there for a good price. Walked out with a fully set up bike for the bike-packing trips. Thank you so much, would recommend!”

“Dropped in to find a Garmin mount, mechanics found one and installed for free, refused a tip, then clued me in to a local race and gave a ride rec (Cavedale) that turned into a spectacular day of climbing. Appreciate shops like this and will need to find a way to give them some of my money”
