“These guys rock! Fantastic service, great guys. They spent a week freeing my stuck seat post after I’d given up. Getting a good bike fit changed my life. They know their stuff, they do excellent work, and they’re friendly. Highly recommended!”

“I had to give my bicycle a maintenance overhaul. They got it done within four days. It was even more greater when I couldn't pick up and they were alright with my friend picking it up (as long I gave them a heads up). It was a bit pricey but I so go back again with the service and attention I got from them.”

“Casual comfortable atmosphere. We've been twice, good choices of beer, matcha, kombucha concoctions. Food menu is limited but tasty. Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Rode our bikes here each time. Everyone extremely friendly and welcoming!!”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would! I have been a customer for over 25 years! Friendly service, great AND negotiable prices on new bikes, knowledgeable employees, doesn't matter if you are an occasional bicycle rider, or do it for sport on a regular basis, they have something for you at this store! Highly recommend!”

“I'm 62 and have been cycling for most of my life. I've been on the same bike for 17 years (also purchased here) and due to a crash, needed a new bike. Rick and everyone I spoke with here was so incredibly nice, attentive, informative and empowering. I bought a bike that I am so pleased with. I can't believe how much it has increased the enjoyment of my ride! Rick was such a good listener, attuned to my needs and guided me to just the right bike! I never felt embarrassed by my questions and lack of knowledge about all the new gear & tech. They are very patiently helping me dial it in in all the ways. I drive down from Lake County to these guys and I actually look forward to going in. Thank you so much Norcal Bikes!”

“I sought out to find the most basic klunker bike available. Sure, there were some online made by big companies. In fact, they were probably cheaper than what i paid for this bike... That's not the point though is it? The point is i found a bike locally that was made from parts that would otherwise be thrown out. I don't know about you but that makes me happy. I was very close to pushing the button on those ones online until i did a quick little research for local shops. I knew some local shops carry these brands in store but something told me to dig a little deeper. I found this bike and it immediately peaked my interest. Brooks has the option to call or text which is nice if its late or the weekend. or maybe being simply on the move. He got back to me very quickly to get me to come see it. its all by appointment, which i really like. I tried this thing out on a quick test ride and i was smitten. I'm not looking to be serious about my rides even if they are quite a few miles sometimes. i wanted to feel like a kid again this bike checked all the boxes. And it fits me like a glove. The saddle concerned me but I honestly wont go back to larger saddles for big butt. This one seems to really fit my rising style. No gears. No cables. All Fun!!! Thanks Brooks. Appreciate you doing what you do.”
