I've been a member here since the doors opened and the array of classes will not disappoint as there is something for everyone! Supportive setting and each class you take will leave you looking forward to the next one!
The Studios at Montecito Heights-located in Santa Rosa, consists of two studios. One for Indoor Cycling and the other with Inferno Hot Pilates, Yoga and Xtend Barre. Open to the Public, The Studios is Sonoma County's only facility dedicated entirely to group cycling and fitness.
