Robin needs to hang up his hat and retire. Worst customer service ever experienced. Project was well overdue and over charged from original estimate. Horrible communication. Do yourself a favor and go to another loft like North across the street!

Fantastic craftsmanship and honest, quality work, I appreciated the advice and communication of what my sail needed. I came in ready to spend more on things that I didn't need. Hood provided the work I needed to get my boat back under sail on the water. Thank you! I highly recommend.
