“They did an excellent job with our door. They have come back and are asking about the work and doing some follow up. We are very happy with them.
Thank you
Paul and Sherry Plasse”
“After checking out several apartment complexes in the area and not being particularly impressed, we turned down Bowfield entered the tree lined Westcreek Apartments driveway and immediately felt at ease. We could live here, we both agreed. Something about the place just drew us, it felt like being in Big Bear! By the time we toured the available apartments, there was no doubt, this would be our new home. Now, having lived in our spacious one bedroom with a view of a magnificent oak tree and the creek, for one month, we know we made the right decision. If I am up early, I hear the resident owl, later on a chorus of birds, and early evening, the frogs chime in. By 7 AM I visit the gym, small but equipped with all I need. My husband and I often walk around the park that is directly behind us. And most evenings including a dip in the jacuzzi. The management, Delia and Joe are always friendly and helpful! And on the few occasions something needed fixing, Andy was at the door an hour or two later to fix it. All in all, we are incredibly happy to be here ❤”
“I had an amazing experience on my self-guided tour. Jacq stayed on the phone with me over an hour assisting me with any and every question I had. We ended up submitting an application after the tour. Excited for this move and appreciate all the help Jacq!”
“These 5 stars are for the maintenance workers. Shout out to Matt, Jose, and Randy. They are polite, capable, and respectful of your space. Admin is hit and miss since they're corporate, they get 2 stars. So you can assume 1) they will raise your rate the max legal amount every year, and 2) they will do nothing proactively to improve tenant quality of life. Because of poor building design, there are lots of mold issues in bathrooms, not just us, but multiple tennants over the years (fake air vents that don't actually vent outside) and legally, they don't need to fix this because of when the building was built; only applies to new buildings. Decks get crazy hot and only when you complain enough about it do they replace the paint to something objectively cooler that they have waiting in stock (verified with IR temp gun). Long story short, the workers are great and kind, those in charge of money and decisions are corporate. So judge accordingly.”
“Eaves apartments are clean, quiet, has friendly neighbors and even friendlier staff. The office crew and Rudy the maintenance manager are the best! Rudy helped me with multiple requests and is always prompt and eager to help. I had friends that previously lived here for 5 years who recommended Eaves to me and they remember him well. Amenities and grounds are kept up nicely.”
“So Bicycle the Office, Urself Butnar about what report what’s go and Here We Need to Know why, Jose, going to Live Today Saturday 10/11 no One answer to my Post

“Was a really great appartment complex. Lived in a renovated townhome and did not have any issues at all. Maintenance was kind and answered requests in a reasonable time. The complex was also really good at communicating about construction that would be happening. In addition to this the appartment generally had lawn care done once a week to so the complex would often look nice and clean. Terry was also wonderful and assisted us in a timely manner anytime we ever had any concerns. She made our move in smooth for us and was for communicative for any of our concerns we had initially. Would recommend this apartment complex if it’s within your budget and you are moving into this area.”
“Really enjoying the much needed renovations. Such a treat to have gained an on-site fitness center. New manament has been enjoyable to work with. Great location!”
“So I got on a list through Turning Points Foundation for Many Mansion along time ago and still no response so a worker from whole person care act told me about the new Many Mansion in Oxnard 84 units available I have mental health issues and I'm disabled and low income so I think I qualify I called left messages asking for help they called back and tried to help but didn't want to completely help but it wasn't there fault I didn't see it says on there website that they will help with the application and that's not a lie but you have to point these thing's out and they will insist you go in I actually called back and apologized and the lady tried to walk me through it but it was a problem with the website it constantly said I already had a account and that my account was invalid I couldn't fill out a application she said she would call back Monday I hope so I got approved for section 8 and am having no luck finding anything there is alot more to it meaning you need credit and a deposit and first month's rent a in some cases a double deposit impossible to do .... I still believe in section 8 and I also believe in Many Mansion's they really do help families, homeless, mental illness and low income as well as veterans it's just impossible to be able to walk everyone through it but it's the only way to do it”
“This is an addition to my review dated one month ago. This morning at about 9 am I submitted maintenance requests for my apt (about 5 different things to be fixed). At approximately 9:30, maintenance was at the door to do the repairs! While they're being here within the half hour does not always happen, I will say that in all my years here which are many, maintenance has always responded in a very timely manner. I consider this a very important part of renting an apt....no long waits and always polite staff. Thank you St Charles Oaks for a job well done!”
“I have been living at Shadiw Ridge for over 15 years and the management never extends any courtesy to me even though I have been a loyal tenant all these years. I made an appointment to see a larger apartment and when I went to the appointment they told me the space had been rented earlier in the day. The unit I was interested in was a very unique “cottage” that doesn’t become available often. Not only did I not get a courtesy call to let me know that it had been rented, but they should have let me see the apartment before anyone else. I was told it was not available to be seen until the date I was given and yet someone else rented it before I even had a chance to see it. I’m feeling extremely disappointed and unhappy with management here. This is just one of many incidents here that makes living here an unpleasant experience.”
