“From my first visit to The Eaves in Thousand Oaks I knew that this was top of the list after viewing many other complexes in the vicinity. Sandy was super nice and attentive to my needs before and during the onboarding process.My early engagement with the maintenance staff was made flawless through the Avalon resident app, and Rodolfo with maintenance was soon at the unit.All in all my moving experience, which is never fun, has been capped off with the help of the Eaves. Can't wait to use the great ammenties too now that I'm settled.”

“My partner and I moved from Norcal in 2020 and found this gem! The location of the apartments is great and we can walk to get breakfast, walk to get groceries, walk to get a few beers... It's great! Also, the shade from the trees helps to cool down the apartments! We got lucky and got a very shaded unit and never had to deal with lots of heat. Also, they have central heating and air, and trust me finding that in Norcal is so hard unless you want to pay for brand-new "luxury" apartments. We also got lucky and moved during COVID so we got a nice deal from the beginning. The maintenance staff is hard-working and kind. The buildings and pipes are older so yes, we have had a few leaks here and there but they are always on top of it when we send a report and it hasn't affected our quality of life at all. Neighbors were fine, and the walls seemed like they muted lots of noise! (We watch lots of movies). I will say, however, I wish there were more signs or some type of enforcement about cleaning up after dogs.Overall, great experience at this residence and we're sad to have to move away to just pay more for less!”

“This is an addition to my review dated one month ago. This morning at about 9 am I submitted maintenance requests for my apt (about 5 different things to be fixed). At approximately 9:30, maintenance was at the door to do the repairs! While they're being here within the half hour does not always happen, I will say that in all my years here which are many, maintenance has always responded in a very timely manner. I consider this a very important part of renting an apt....no long waits and always polite staff. Thank you St Charles Oaks for a job well done!”

Somerville was the best she helped us every step of the way. Everytime I had a question she would always respond and it always felt like she was happy to help.
