“Just when you think there’s no hope left for humanity, you get a multiple attempts via phone and text from Hertz letting you know that you left your wallet behind and they have it available to retrieve at the check in counter. I know it may seem a little weird to compliment people for something that should be considered standard practice, but sadly, this is often not the case these days.
