“If you're looking for a used car at a good price from honest people who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase, John and Shakori are your guys. I just bought a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid from them. The car drives great, but with 154K miles, naturally it needed a little TLC in the repairs department. John and Shakori went out of their way to help me get the repairs done quickly and at a fraction of the cost of the dealer estimate. No pressure, no games, and customer service that would be hard to beat. I couldn't be happier with my "new" car or the buying process. I would definitely buy from them again. Also, wrt other reviewers opinions about the place, it's your job as the buyer to have a used car inspected by a mechanic. That's why dealers let you do that (John and Shakori were very accommodating of this), and that's one of the reasons why contract cancellation options exist. Even if they did have it inspected by a mechanic, you should STILL have it inspected by your own mechanic. My inspection at the Honda dealer cost me $170, a worthwhile expense if only for peace of mind before plunking down thousands of dollars on an 11-yo car with 154K miles on it.”

“These guys truly are an amazing company! From the initial phone call to the purchase transaction these guys were easy to work with! Honesty, integrity and folks with morals are the best words to sum up my overall experience. I worked directly with Ahmad and from the first phone call he was honest and prompt on sending me photos right away. he described the condition of the car and even sent me pics and videos of the vehicle. This was really important to me because I was purchasing this vehicle from out of state. From my experience, most car dealers do not really take the time immediately to help someone who is out of state: however, this was not the scenario with Autoplus. I trust Ahmad and put down a deposit on the car and flew out next day to pick up the vehicle. This vehicle turned out to be even better than what was described. Even-though Ahmad gave me huge discount. The overall transaction and paperwork took about 20 minutes and I was on my way back to Utah. To say the least, I will definitely be contacting this dealership (Autoplus of San Diego) in the future for my next purchase! Thanks Ahmad and all the great people at Autoplus of San Diego.”
