“I came in on the request of my wife who while we were out looking for a place who can install a new clutch, flywheel and bearings for a 2014 Camaro that I already purchased saw this place as we were returning from another shop I will not name who would not do the work unless I purchased the parts from them. We stopped in and immediately, there was a friendly vide. Everyone was so personable but I want to give a special thanks to Anthony who was absolutely amazing. “My Jeep started shaking really hard one day and I called Moorhead for help. They diagnosed the problem and in their safety check uncovered a couple of other issues that needed attention. After I was told everything that was wrong, I half expected a quote for thousands of dollars. Happily, the quote was very reasonable. Twenty four hours after dropping off the jeep, I picked up a vehicle that runs better now than it ever has in the five years I have owned it! I really can’t say enough good things about this garage. “Like most people with a major car problem and a tight budget I was stressed to say the least. We had also lost our most loved and trusted family mechanic last year. My first experience at a different shop was awful. So awful I thought they were the ones that caused my problem! I was discouraged and afraid to try anywhere else after that.THEN several people recommended CME and they were able to see it right away at 8 am Monday! Then AAA kept bumping me for my tow because I was not an emergency roadside and it took them 6 hours to finally show up to tow my car. I kept calling CME to apologize knowing how late AAA was making me and afraid I’d lose me appointment spot. CME was not only patient and friendly about this inconvenience- but they also reassured me that everything was fine and not to worry. I expected I was so late they wouldn’t get to it until the next day- but just before closing David called and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions and then gave me a much lower estimate than I expected because the problem was not nearly as bad as it looked and sounded! They even let my guy call and they explained it to him too and he agreed how professional and reasonable it was. I expected it would take about a week to get parts and get it started/finished but they literally had my car ready, fully inspected and when I picked it up less than 48 hours of approving the repairs they were cheerful to see me and my car has literally never ran so smooth and quiet! My car is a 2002 highlander with 193,000 miles and it sounds and runs like it’s brand new! I am beyond happy with every aspect of my decision to call this shop! I now know CME is my new mechanic shop and will be recommending them every chance I get!”

During the time that my car was in his care he communicated very well with constant updates and possible preventative maintenance that he recommended. And we did just that. “Let's be honest, when you're having car issues and you know you have to it to a mechanic, it can give you pretty bad anxiety. We can't help but think that the mechanic will completely empty out or wallets and come back to us with mechanical problems that don't even exist.This Auto Shop place is the complete opposite.
