Dina really keeps me on my toes and on track to reach my goals. My #1 goal is to never be a "little old lady", no matter what my age. The sessions are just the right length of time and I am already feeling stronger, more flexible and more fit.

Still to early to give 5 stars. I have been with the program for about three months and feel the training has been a positive experience. I have improved my core strength and am making progress on my flexibility.
