“Wonderful microscope service!I have utilized McBain Systems for the PM and repair of microscopes at work. The service manager, Bob Waldrop, is absolutely magical with all the microscopes we have (from standard uprights to fully automated systems). Labor, Travel and Parts costs are reasonable (especially compared to similar manufacturer services) and Bob has helped with random things from PMs/repairs to scooping out congealed lubricants in old microscopes and in the installation of parts that we could not figure out how to install on our own. Scheduling is fairly simple but invoicing does experience a few hiccups from time to time (the company would sometimes not register that payment had been made).”
