“I always stop after filling up at Costco nearby. The people working have never been anything other than friendly and energetic. The place has goods from tools to Jewels, fashion and furnishings. But I like the staff and their willingness to share opinions or brainstorm what a mystery object might actually be -- My last stop occurred at the day's end and I appreciated one crew member who continued to keep visitors aware of the time. He did it in a friendly manor, so we were able to get through the whole store before it closed.”
“Orlando came out to fix my washing machine which was stuck and wouldn't come off an error code. He diagnosed the problem in 1 minute and had switched out a bad part in 15! He also gave me some great advice to make my dishwasher work better. I would definitely hire Desert Appliances again. Be sure to ask for Orlando!”

“I want to give the biggest shout out to JAIME for providing prompt, professional, and informational customer service skills. He was considerate when answering every question about any computer and even provided all the specs and usage for products I was interested in. At the end of my visit he was able to sell me on the item I was looking for including specs, size, and color! The skill of a salesmen with a comfortable approach, and that in itself is a skill set not many have.”

“The Home Depot is always an enjoyable shopping experience. They have such an incredible stock of Home items things for the inside the outside of the home do-it-yourself even a huge selection of gift cards and you're able to actually use your credit card to purchase them with. I would recommend a nice stroll around the Home Depot especially during the hot weather when you have plenty of time to spend looking. Now that we are at Christmas time the store is so beautifully decorated and the selection of trees living trees outside other trees inside holiday ornaments decorations everything that you could possibly want and at very good prices. There is always someone to help carry the items for you out to your car and everyone is in a good holiday spirit and my shopping experience as always was great. I also enjoy going to the Home Depot when I get there ads to see some of the new products that they have so many of these things of course and thousands more available on their website but it's always really special to take a look and see what what's actually there and I just went in today and found something that I needed and picked it up
I wanted to add to it some additional things that I have found very useful at the Home Depot and one thing that I didn't know they sold even though I worked there a few years is bird seed in big tubs I have substantial Birds and the live in my tree and I'm going through a lot and normally I would go elsewhere to a membership warehouse but because of the closeness I thought well I'll go give it a try”

“Xitaly helped me find a couple things in garden and in paint i really appeciate it i was in a rush and it was close to their closing time but she still took time from being what looked like she was busy to help. Overall ive had good experiences at this store but i do notice the older older employees arent as helpful as the younger ones. Sometimes the shelves products in the light bulb aisle can be confusing. But in general good bang for buck during sales at this location. And better atmosphere in general compared to the indio store”
“Went to Leland to get help fixing a gas leak. He sent out a tech who diagnosed the problem but who did not do the underground work to fix it . Leland sent me to Steve Schick who came out, diagnosed the issue and through some creative plumbing work, resolved the problem. That in my opinion is stellar service. greatly appreciated!”
“I am updating this review based on my latest interaction with Birch. Our microwave stopped working. Pirch coordinated it with local repair company for them to pull out the unit and re-install it after it was repaired ( as it requires more than one person and repair company wanted to change us several hundred dollars to send a second person). The crew of Ricardo, Zach and Joel took it upon themselves to work us in at the very end of their day to reinstall the unit. We really appreciate their willingness to go way above what was required. Thanks again for the great service.”
“Nice showroom, but it would be nice if they offered designers in the showroom without appointments. The folks there make an effort to assist, but the designer that has claimed us was running out the door when we made an unscheduled visit, and didn't even make eye contact as she ran past us. My client has done several projects there.
Hoping this can be addressed.”

“I have always been treated very well by the staff here at Best Buy. Once I had a simple problem but did not know I needed an appointment and the gentleman at the Geek counter helped me anyway- there was no one behind me in line at the time. Today. I walked in was greeted hello and the young woman sales clerk got my order and I went home. I love this Best Buy!”

“We went to shop for restaurant kitchen style crome over steel adjustable shelving . The kind that has wire shelves and will take a lot of weight . We obviously knew little. The help we received was wonderful. The prices good. The store is big with all kinds of kitchen equipment. I really can’t imagine more friendly, helpful people. Family owned.”
