The place is really clean and welcoming. I’m really grateful to have found this place to store all my valuables especially after moving cross country and having to coordinate with movers for delivery to the storage facility.”

“05/17/26 Update
I can give PublicStorage 5 stars now because the corporate people finally redid the mobile app a couple months back and, so far, it's working really well. You don't have to get out of your vehicle to open the gate, which is an awesome feature that works all the time now. (Funny how app developers, and I don't mean the ha-ha funny, always blame the users or devices when the apps themselves are the problem.)
I would assume that all P.S. properties are as clean and well maintained as this one on Crenshaw at Carson, but I read some reviews of other properties that indicate this PS property may be an exception. I know it's way nicer than that In-Storage place over on Abilone, right behind Lowes on Western.
I still wish this P.S. would get another cart or two. This place has a lot of units and only two carts are not enough on weekends or some afternoons.
(But Mitzi, the manager still rocks!)”

“We were very pleased with their customer service. We had a long day of traveling and saw that our estimated time of arrival was about 3 minutes before they closed. We called and Daniel asked us to send some documents via text (were were storing a vehicle) so he could have that part ready and said to let him know if we were going to be late. We arrived at the time we expected and he was very helpful to get us checked in. Who you work with matters. We would definitely recommend!”

“Laura was so helpful and nice! I encountered a problem with purchasing a unit online and she helped me over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I had a cylinder lock but she gave me one for free. She was very detailed when she showed me the storage unit and where everything is. The unit is very spacious and clean as well.”

“I loved the moving van. I had to clean it because my stuff was going inside I returned it and they really should pay me because it was returned like brand new clean. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”
“Angel and all the people I have dealt with are very professional and courteous! They give me calls when I am going to be late...and sometimes I am and have to pay late fees. Not their fault but mine. I find communication is key and they have been extremely understanding and empathetic during this pandemic. The building and surrounding area is always clean. The building manager is also helpful when we need assistance on any issues at the unit that we are renting”

“The truck was in great condition loved the new equipment aside from that, it could have been a 2000 Chevy box truck I still would have been happy the staff here are amazing I got in got my rental and was on the road I need it for a little more time called in got that taken care of no problem when I arrived to return it the gentlemen at the counter recognized me and he said ill take the keys and email you a receipt I was a little worried because I had put in extra fuel, some places will haggle you for the reimbursement amount but when I got my receipt I was so proud the amount reimbursed seemed fair to the degree I believe fair would be and that just really made my day. I dont know the gentlemen name but this guy he deserves an award for his outstanding character”

“If you are a truck driver you can park on Sanfrancisco from 430am-530am. Then you can go through the gate and park at any door between 2-21, except 7 &14. Go check in by door 28 at 630am. Then at 7am go inside the warehouse by door 7 or 14 to inventory your items. You'll see a desk where you check in at.They have a huge parking lot. Plenty of room to Alley dock.”
