My elderly mother showed up to urgent care with bladder infection. They refused a urine test saying they don't believe she has it. She had to go to ER and it was determined that she had a bladder infection. Not friendly or helpful and very rude staff

Staff was kind, thorough, and patient with my sick child. I deeply appreciated their care. I was nervous for the strep test but the nurse was so quick and gentle that the test did not phase my toddler! I was so impressed! Thank you both, nurse and Dr Steven, for your care!
