The meal kits are great and they'll customize by leaving ingredients out like reduced salt.

I created a weeks worth of dinners in one evening here. It was a lot of fun and very helpful for my busy week. The food was delicious and easy to make once I got home; my family enjoyed every bite! I recommend you try it out!
