“Talked to Mike on Facebook gave him a heads up about my situation and he was straight forward gave me an estimate and then a week later brought my road glide in because rear tire is bald and I had already bought the tire. Dropped off around 9am, within like an hour they call me back saying my brake pads are bad and the inner piece in the rear wheel was done, which I knew so I gave them the go and bam done by 11:45am pick it up. They didn’t push anything but concerns for the rest of the bike which I knew and told them that I was bringing it back for those concerns lol. I’m due for 30k service and yea. Let’s get things straight, last year I replaced my rear, I ride 4x a week for work Vallejo to Oakland. I went to HD in Oakland, nothing bad about Oakland it’s just it cost $680 for a new tire, and labor. I paid $600 for labor, brake pads, the inner piece for the wheel. I brought my own tire but that itself was still cheaper than going to HD dealership. I was in and out within a few hours. I’m going back tomorrow to get my front replaced along with the brakes and whatever else lol. But great first experience with Ride On. Also HOURS ARE WRONG , it’s Tuesday-Friday 7am-2:30pm. Best advice is to call or message Mike on Facebook for inquiries.”
