“We recently remodeled our master bathroom, I came across Coastal Marble and Granite on a Google Search. Called and spoke to Ginny who was very friendly and outgoing. I emailed photos and measurements to Ginny for an estimate. Once received my wife and I drove over showed Ginny the bathroom tile and she very quickly found a sample of Quartz tile that my wife immediately liked. Installation was done within 10 days. Both countertops fit perfectly with no issues. If you are doing a new install or remodel I highly recommend Ginny and Coastal Marble and Granite”

“SO happy with my new countertops from Ventura Stone. Mick helped me through the entire process and really paid attention to every detail, from the quote and sending a photo, to ordering the stone and sending his team out to measure. Mick and the whole team were able to answer all of my questions, and they checked in after the install to make sure I was satisfied. A few weeks later, I found that my dishwasher was a quarter inch too high and didn't fit. When I called Mick to ask about this, even though it wasn't their fault, he sent someone out to cut and sand the edge at no charge. Thank you! I'm very happy overall with their work and highly recommend Ventura Stone.”

“This place is awesome. Best service personnel hands down. I had an issue with our plumbing services and hookup and needed an adapter. Of course it was xmas eve and I was limited on places to go. Fergusons was closing early that day but stayed open for me, got me the piece I need with some great suggestions and they walked me through how to use this adapter. They were patient, kind and just down right how customer service should be. They exceeded all my expectations and have definitely gained a new customer. Thanks again.”

We appreciated the ability to choose our slabs once Gene measured our spaces and then to work with the fabricator in order to match up the veining to perfection from the counter to the backsplash. The fabricator was particularly kind and understanding as we worked our way through their process. Our counters are absolutely beautiful.”

“Going back to Keenan for my plumbing and sewer jetting supplies from now on. I was having a hard time finding a 1/4" spring lead for my jetter hose and finally came across Keenan which is across the street from my old church.I called and spoke to Nick and he was outstanding. Great vibes and customer service. He found what I needed at a great price and said it would be here about 5 days later and called me today to let me know it was in.I picked it up at the parts counter where I met Chris the manager who was also really nice. We had some good conversation and I told them I would help them with editing their Google Business hours since they didn't really understand how it worked.As an owner of a tech company in Ventura, I told them I would help real quick so others would have the correct hours. I just submitted the edit for Google to approve since their hours on my google maps said they were open at 9am M-F and closed at 4pm which concerned me because Nick said they'd be open until 4:30pm and it was like 4:15 when I left my office to get my jetter nozzle.I would recommend them for your plumbing supply needs and will be buying from them again when I need more stuff. “We came to Cabinets to Go in Ventura to see what they had to offer in kitchen design and products. Joseph was extremely helpful and diligent with helping us create our new kitchen. We have a small space and were able to utilize every part of it with Joseph's help. We purchased the cabinets, the countertop, the flooring, sink and faucet all through Cabinets to Go. It was within our budget, and the products are good quality. They recommended the installer/contractor Pyramid Designs, and they were great to work with. We had issues; it is to be expected with a construction remodel, but Joseph and Pyramid Designs were always pleasant and available to find a remedy. One downside to Cabinets to Go is that product is shipped from the East Coast, and so there can be a delay in getting a replacement door/cabinet or filler board, or whatever is needed to finish to job. And the Customer Care 800 phone line can be challenging to deal with. But I would still recommend them, especially Joseph Backstrom, the store manager. He worked on resolving the construction and design issues and the job has been completed with me being a satisfied client.”
