“I have used Blackstone Granite & Marble for numerous bathroom remodels. This company is absolute perfection when it comes to the fabrication and installation of countertops. I used to flip properties so I believe I have a good perspective and I can honestly say they are superior to other companies that I have used. Its family owned and operated, and the team works seamlessly together, and endlessly to ensure you’re happy every step of the process. They have a wonderful selection of all types of Quartz, Quartzite, Marble, Granite plus some exotic natural stones. It’s a fabulous experience to just walk through their showroom with so many gorgeous slabs. In addition, their pricing is excellent, and they don’t string you out waiting for the job to be done. On my last job with them, I asked to try something unique with a large drop edge (~5 inches) on the bathroom vanities and then a waterfall edge from the counter to the top of the bathtub. I could not be happier, and they did the demolition and installation in just one day!!! BLACKSTONE GRANITE AND MARBLE ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!”

“Thanks to Brittany - she saved the store from receiving a horrible 1 star review as the associate Alyssa was so rude and condescending to my mother that honestly anyone with an attitude like that should NOT be working in customer service. Although my mom was talking to her, she calls to ask me one question which I answered within seconds and then Alyssa gets on the phone and has a 10 minute phone conversation with another customer while my mom is waiting there to finish putting her order in. Doesn't even say excuse me or tell her she will be right back. The person IN STORE who was being helped before the phone call should have priority! She also made my mom sign a no return policy waiver which I didn't have to do when I placed an order, treating her like a child. Very very rude to the point where my mom never wanted to go back. That is NOT how you should treat a customer. I went back yesterday and made sure to go to Brittany - and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! SOOO courteous, so sweet, so polite, and cares about helping you make the right choice. She truly saved me from never entering that store again and I do home remodels. HIGHLY recommend Brittany if you need help in this store.”
