“I cannot recommend Chris Luna enough. After going through an incredibly stressful home-selling and home-buying process, Chris was the fourth agent I worked with, and the difference was night and day. I originally hired an agent to sell my house because my plan was to sell, relocate, and purchase another home. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with my first agent, so I replaced them. I thought I had done my due diligence with the second agent, but that experience was also extremely difficult. The second agent was mean and degrading, and the third agent crossed boundaries and was very inappropriate with my partner. At that point, I was honestly exhausted and frustrated with the entire process. Then I met Chris. Chris had only been my agent for less than two months, but in that short amount of time, he helped me get through an incredibly stressful process from beginning to end. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he gets things done. What I appreciate most about Chris is that he is very calm and cool on the outside, but behind the scenes, he is truly advocating for you as his client. He pays attention to what is in your best interest and fights for what is right for you without creating unnecessary drama. Chris always took the time to talk through our approach and explain our options. We made offers on several homes without success. Sometimes the seller accepted an offer with the buyer removing contingencies, and other times we simply got outbid. There were definitely moments when I wanted to give up completely. Every time I felt discouraged, Chris picked me back up. He never lost hope, never made me feel like I was a burden, and never made me feel like I was competing for his attention. Even though I know he is busy, he never makes you feel that way. He remains calm, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Buying and selling a home can be incredibly emotional and stressful, and having the right agent makes such a huge difference. Chris was the person who helped me get through it. If you are looking for a realtor who will actually listen to you, advocate for you, guide you through the process, stay calm under pressure, and be there for you from beginning to end, I highly recommend Chris Luna. “I cannot recommend Joshua Simkin England and Julie Fiske highly enough. I live in Texas while my dad’s home was in California, and when my dad’s health declined and he was no longer able to live at home, I suddenly found myself responsible for getting his house ready to sell from hundreds of miles away. Unfortunately, my dad had also lost the capacity to assist me with the process. The thought of coordinating everything from another state was incredibly overwhelming. Joshua and Julie made what could have been an incredibly difficult experience remarkably manageable. They truly went above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected from a real estate team. They found people to clean out the house, arranged inspectors and an exterminator, coordinated house cleaners and contractors to make necessary repairs, and located and hired a home stager. They handled an enormous number of details and kept the entire process moving forward. Joshua took the lead on communication, and I cannot say enough about how valuable that was to me. Throughout the preparation and listing process, he kept me consistently informed, answered my questions, helped me understand what needed to happen next, and made sure I never felt like I was trying to manage the process alone from Texas. The level of ongoing communication was far beyond anything I could have reasonably expected. Both Joshua and Julie were also extremely helpful in navigating my responsibilities as my dad’s Durable Power of Attorney and Trustee. They understood that this was much more complicated than a typical home sale and were patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. The final sale closed cleanly, smoothly, and without any surprises or unexpected issues. After everything involved in getting my dad’s home ready to sell, that was an enormous relief. Joshua and Julie are an exceptional team. They were organized, proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the process as easy as possible for me.
