“I contacted Green Tech as the first place I contacted never got back to me ? Green Tech made contact with me right away & kept me informed all through the process & also moved me up a day. The techs Gerardo & Antonio very professional & tested everything involved & verified their findings with their techs & shared the findings with me & answered all my questions. After the car started right away & the techs continued the check the system to make sure it working without errors & said they would wait if I wanted to test drive. The whole thing took just over an hour ? Very satisfied ? a Big thanks to the folks at Green Tech ?”

“This guys are good. I brought back a battery that died and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and they say I do t need it and they can check it with the battery label. It turns out that my battery was still under warranty and the gave me a prorated price to get a new battery. Thank again for keeping your warranty promise.”

I can't thank O'Reilly's enough for the amazing customer service! I accidentally locked myself out of my car, and an employee named Anthony came to the rescue. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and quickly helped me unlock my car. I was honestly stressed and embarrassed, but Anthony was so calm and kind, making the whole experience much easier to handle. This type of exceptional service is rare these days, and it truly made my day. O'Reilly’s is lucky to have such a helpful and caring team member.
