With high inflation causing everything to double in price, it's great to have a place that sells quality used batteries for a fraction of a new one. Everyone that works there are very helpful. They even let you use their tools if you choose to swap your batteries at their shop. Looking forward to another 20 years of great experience.”

“My experience was 100% great. I had called Friday and conversed with a gentleman who was knowledgeable, and not in a haste. Saturday morning, I headed there, was in and out with no issues. The energy was 100%.The customer service was professional. Though I can't recall the guy's name who assisted me for being excited that my battery issue was finally resolved after getting the run around from the Porsche Dealer, that did not want to own up to any accountability. All good though. It all still worked out in my favor. “Super impressed!Called for what I assumed was a hybrid battery probelm. Ian was super helpful in getting me set up with a tech. Shortly after the tech Gus called and was getting me set up. He was asking questions over the phone to make sure we were getting the right service and after doing the checks he asked me to do realized that the problem was not my hybrid battery. He didn't have to do that and it saved me tons of time, money and headache.So long story short, no battery replacement needed today but I will need one eventually and when I do, I won't even hesitate to call Greentec.”

“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... “Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”

My car wouldn't start, somehow jump started and brought it here to get a FREE alternator/battery check after 8 PM near the closing time.Mr Jose tested my battery and diagnosed corroded terminals as the culprit. He went out of the way to clean the terminal. He did such a thorough job and refused to take any tip whatsoever. On the contrary gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my car.God bless him and his family.”
