Always come here with my daughter. It’s always good and the man at the counter is always super nice! We just come to mall for this boba place! Chia frap is the best!

Jasmine milk tea was very watery, thai tea was ok, definitely not enough boba, left empy space for no-ice-drinks and overpriced for what it offers

The boba was very good and chewy. The price is very reasonable with a regular being around $4 and the employee taking my order was nice.
