There are wide variety of stores and shops at the Westlake Plaza. Vons is located there along with my favorite Starbucks. There's plenty of parking and outside seating to enjoy the beautiful weather. On the weekends bicycle groups stop there to rest during their rides. CVS also has a large store here.
