“I have a Chevrolet Express. I had a check engine light on, and lack of power. I went to a mechanic shop to check the computer codes: he told me that the problem can be a sensor, or vacuum leak. He was very busy to fix the problem. Then I went to Alexander Auto service, and the guy in charge told me that I had a vacuum leak in the engine. They replace the gasket manifold, and spark plugs in a few days. In this type of vehicle the access of the engine is very complicated. They had to remove the seats and a lot of stuff to replace the gaskets. Now the engine is perfect, and no check engine light. They gave me 90 days warranty on the service. The price that I had to pay was reasonable. I’m happy that I found these guys.I recommend Alexander auto service: quality job and good price.”

“Andrew, Richard and all the guys at Exclusively Imports Inc. are great people. Nice, Friendly and honest are just a few words that describe them. I had my Range Rover repaired at Exclusively Imports, they did an amazing job. The only thing I felt bad about is that Andrew had to put up with the nonsense of getting the payment for repairs from the warranty company Empire Auto Protect. Never purchase an auto warranty from Empire Auto Protect. They are scammers, liars and they will make every excuse possible to not pay for repairs. Andrew at Exclusively Imports went above and beyond calling Empire to get payment. Thank you Andrew Richard and Exclusively Imports for your customer service and for going above and beyond! For awhile my husband had had his check engine light on his vehicle & I found out about a program that would assist with getting the issue fixed through the Bureau of Automotive Repair (it's called the Consumer Assistance Program). Well long story short we qualified & after a disastrous experience with another shop I did a little research through the B.A.R website & saw the this place was the only spot listed. Well we're not disappointed & beyond grateful for having found out about this place. I got to meet a few of the fellas at the shop & Sal was phenomenally helpful. On the first day I showed up an elderly woman was in & after sparking some conversation she let me know she'd been coming here for many years & that she's trusted this place. Well I too now trust this place. They fixed the issues wrong with our vehicle & got it to pass smog. No more check engine light. They replaced some sensors & vapor vent solenoid & we recently received the new tags in the mail. I'm grateful for the great work done & am glad I found a place that does help out people with the C.A.Pprogram, not just any shop is willing to work with this particular program. It takes a shop with people that have patience & a heart to deal with the back & forth involved with a program designed to help people & the fact this place does tells me the owner has a huge heart for the people. “Came here after I got a flat from a pothole. They were one of the few places open at the time. I called to see if they had my tire, they had a used one at a very good price (run flat) & said they could allow AAA to drop me off. Even with AAA running late, they still allowed me to come even though it was close to closing. They were very busy! They got to me as fast as they could & even allowed SOMEONE ELSE to come after closing hour! The lady who took my payment allowed me to add a tip for the workers as well! ?? While waiting, i was able to watch them interact with other customers & what others may perceive as being rude, I saw a very busy team who were straight to the point to keep things moving ?? “Called first to see if I could bring in the car because the tire pressure indicator went on.The gentleman on the phone said, yes to bring it in if I could now. They were not that busy at the moment. So I did and they checked the car and found a nail in the back drivers side tire. Im so glad I took it in and they took care of the problem. TYVM to the tech and the agent. “I've been going to Felipe for roughly about 19 or 20 years now. He's the last of the honest to God trans mechanics. He doesn't BS you and always gives you options. I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him. Thank you Felipe for always being there for me and helping the general public in driving away in their vehicles feeling safe and secure and always lives up to his warranties and promises. “I can't stress how grateful I am to San Juan Automotive fixing my truck. My truck would randomly stop while I was driving and had to get it towed multiple times. The dealership didn't even know what was the problem on top of that they kept it for several months with a bullshit band aid fix. San Juan was able to greet me, asked about the history of the truck. All it took was a few hours and let me tell you my truck hasn't given me any trouble since. I highly recommend trusting this shop with your car needs.”
