“We just purchased a 2026 Sienna and had a great experience working with Juan Felix. We’re from Northern California, where most dealerships mark up their Siennas $3-6K since they’re in such high demand, and the ones that do sell at MSRP often have long waitlists, anywhere from 2 to 6 months or have mandatory add ons. That timeline wouldn’t work for us, since I wanted the van before a road trip we’re taking in a few weeks.

Even though Whittier is about six hours from where we live in the Bay Area, Juan mentioned that they’ve met customers halfway in the past and offered to meet us halfway to drop off the vehicle if we decided to buy from them. I was a little hesitant to commit without seeing the van in person, but we decided to pull the trigger, and I’m so glad we did.

True to their word, it was MSRP with no forced add-ons or hidden fees, which was refreshing after dealing with other dealerships. We’re truly thankful for Juan’s willingness to help get the van to us, without having to drive all the way to Southern California or figure out shipping. That car still runs and somewhere in Seattle baby blu fiat so it's been experience and my mom ended up passing away with dementia we talked about doordashing in ms blu and just have memories so that car lasted me years but gave me lifetime of experience I remember with my mom.
