“A note of gratitude & thanks to this fine establishment for helping hubby & I get his Tahoe fixed up to pass the smog. For awhile my husband had had his check engine light on his vehicle & I found out about a program that would assist with getting the issue fixed through the Bureau of Automotive Repair (it's called the Consumer Assistance Program). Well long story short we qualified & after a disastrous experience with another shop I did a little research through the B.A.R website & saw the this place was the only spot listed. Well we're not disappointed & beyond grateful for having found out about this place. I got to meet a few of the fellas at the shop & Sal was phenomenally helpful. On the first day I showed up an elderly woman was in & after sparking some conversation she let me know she'd been coming here for many years & that she's trusted this place. Well I too now trust this place. They fixed the issues wrong with our vehicle & got it to pass smog. No more check engine light. They replaced some sensors & vapor vent solenoid & we recently received the new tags in the mail. I'm grateful for the great work done & am glad I found a place that does help out people with the C.A.Pprogram, not just any shop is willing to work with this particular program. It takes a shop with people that have patience & a heart to deal with the back & forth involved with a program designed to help people & the fact this place does tells me the owner has a huge heart for the people. According to Sal this place has been open since 1995 & with the passion this shop has to help with automotive needs I'm sure it will continue to stand. Thank you once again D & D Automotive. If ever we need another fix you'll be the ones we come to.”

“So glad I gave these guys another shot at servicing my Camry. Last time I was here was a few years ago and I have been driving to Orange County for service. Although I live in Whittier. Set up the appt online, got confirmation by email and text. Showed up and they blew out my service. I was expecting another few hours as I waited but they were pros from starry to finish.I liked the process of checking in with one person and then cashing out with the same tech. Will be going back and giving them another shot. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke!! Hahahaha.”
