Place to find what you need to work on a car if they don't have it then order it. so whatever you need to work on a car just go to one of 3. Places O'REILLY'S, advanced auto or auto zone. If you can't find what you need to work on a car then you shouldn't be working on a car.”

“This place is my go to place to get any car battery I need. I've gone a couple of times and the service is amazing. You are greeted with kindness and respect.
As someone who doesn't really know much about cars, I never feel dumb or stupid when being asked questions about my car.
My go to person is Abel, as he knows how to get the job done efficiently! I know I can rely on him to help me with all of my car issues. Even if it is not related to batteries, he refers me to who I need to work with.
That skill of good referrals is very important to me, as I am studying to become a therapist, and that skill is very important for customer service. Good referrals often bring back better clientele.”

“I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job. “Honestly was surprised at how welcoming and generous this place is. After AutoZone told me they would charge me a good $180 for a battery for my honda fit, I went to liberty and they knocked off $20 but when I showed up they made it cheaper for $120 including the battery swap. Highly recommend them.”

“My father and I came to purchase four new Tie Rod ends for my 1993 Chevy Silverado and Rolando and Gio went above and beyond to not only help us find the right parts, but also help us put the new pieces together. The old tie rod was filled with so much dirt and grime, but they literally rolled their sleeves up, put on gloves and got down and dirty to help. This was my first time at an O'Reilly, as I usually go to another auto parts shop near my house, but because of their superb service I will definitely be returning to this location again!”

“I needed to get a new car battery ASAP. I originally went to auto zone but they gave me the run around talking about they couldn't help me since my battery was in the trunk. I went to O'Reilly and Bryan was super helpful and friendly! He took the time to help me and even installed the battery for me. That was even after my smart self closed the trunk door not realizing it wasn't going to open since we took out the battery. We managed to get to the battery compartment through the back seat. Bryan even helped by going in and securing the battery! If you need help go to O'Reilly and ask for Bryan!!!!”

“Hands down the best experience I've had at an auto parts store! A special thanks to the staff member—she was incredibly polite, helpful, and courteous. She went above and beyond to get me multiple parts (water pump, timing belt, rotors, front crank seals, and more) within the hour. She even arranged additional parts at will call from the warehouse for my 35-year-old Lexus. The fact that everything came from Direct Import Japan ?? made it even better.
The other ladies at the front desk provided excellent customer service as well. If you're an old guy ? who's really into your old cars, look no further—they can get those parts ASAP.

“I gotta tell you this place helped me so much when I was in a pinch. My car wasn't starting on a Wednesday morning as I was about to head out for work. I was able to get it jump started, but I knew it needed a new battery. My dad recommended this place and they were so quick to help!! I showed up, parked on the street, and left my car running because if I turned it off I wouldn't be able to turn it back on. I let them know that I needed a battery and that I couldn't turn my car off or else it would be dead. The owner quickly checked to see if he had a battery for my car (2009 Mazda 3) and he had it. I asked if he could also replace it for me because I had to get to work. Without missing a beat he agreed and within 10 minutes of being there, I had a refurbished battery ready to go in my car. They took my old battery in when they replaced it with the refurbished one. Even though they're refurbished, my car runs and turns on without a hassle now. Best of all, THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD!! I got charged $35 for the whole thing. For my old battery, for the refurbished battery, and for the service. I'm sure depending on the battery, the price changes but man.. you cannot go wrong with that price. He also gave me six months of warranty. My dad swears by this place and honestly, I can see why. Thank you O J Battery for helping me out!!”

“Dropped off the car in the morning he did the diagnostic and called to tell me the issue and price (reasonable) got it done in 2-3hrs got the car back the same day. You do need to call and set an appointment first for him to take a look. Overall every satisfied with his work and price. Have a 6month warranty on his work”
