“I can still remember the very first day I ventured into this business looking for a battery because I had enough with the “other guys” and their poor service. If you’re sick of feeling like “just another number” you gotta give these guys a shot. Ever since that day, years ago, I’ve been an extremely loyal battery systems customer. I’ve been hooked on the consistent level of great service, quality products and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Mathias has helped me multiple times. I’ve dealt with other guys here as well but unfortunately I don’t remember their names, they also deserve recognition for being knowledgeable and very considerate. I’ve even sent my mom here who called me immediately raving about their level of service.Recently we had a dead battery instance due to leaving the radio on with the engine off. It’s really not fun in 2023, trying to find someone (a complete stranger) who is willing to help you jump your vehicle let alone look at you when you try to talk to them (these days especially) is a challenge. Sure we got AAA but the response time was over an hour and we had dinner plans. Eventually we figured it out and made the dinner but I knew it was time for a new battery. Sure we know AAA will come to our home and swap out our battery for convenience sake, but no. There wasn’t ever a question who I’m getting the battery from. I called ahead to make sure the battery for our year and model was in stock and sent the wife up. She was in and out she in a flash, and yes, she too called me after raving about the speed efficiency and friendliness of Mathias and his team.Thank you again, sincerely, Battery systems of Santa Rosa. “The customer service is great. As a woman with a smart phone I feel like I can figure out what I need because of smart phones but I am also glad when the gentlemen are there to anticipate my needs. I feel empowered when I walk in knowing the part I need and they let me be but Google doesnt always give me the right information so the guys there are always glad to help me and they don't gloat if I missed something. I have no idea what I'm doing in there but I like to pretend and they let me and I think that that's kind they also don't rub it in my face when I get it wrong so that's what I mean by gloat and with that being said they're always making sure that I walk out of there with the complete items that I need in order to say change out my battery they'll give me those little grease packets so that I can put it on the terminals which I never knew about before so I think it's I think they're glad to see women taking charge of their own automotive needs but they're also glad to help anytime they can and I think that's how she's society should be anyways you know always help each other out and not to make this as sexist review but it's a male dominant industry and male dominant subject matter so I definitely don't know as much as they do but I like to pretend like I do and they let me Plus they are chivalrous when I need assistance carrying out a big old heavy battery and I appreciate that a lot and this is so far what I've noticed at this Riley's in Healdsburg and also at another automotive store in Santa Rosa which I will save that review for them and not mention them here but thank you gentlemen for helping me out even though I seem like I know what I'm doing it's just a facade. But I am learning.”

“I bought new windshield wipers and was going to install them myself. In the process a plastic part broke. I wasn't sure if I needed a whole new part replaced or what. I went to the store on Sebastopol Rd and was helped by Manny. He assured me it was no big deal and he went out to my car and replaced both new wipers. Turns out the part that broke wasn't even needed. Mind you, I had not bought the wipers there. I call that great customer service and he was very nice about it. Thank you, Manny.”
