This store has the worst customer service. I ordered a stove that was on sale 4 weeks ago. They were scheduled to deliver it 3 weeks ago. The driver called me and said they could not find the house. Turns out the associate that took my order put in the wrong city.

I will never shop from them again,they broke the back window on my truck and now refuse to fix it because they say a unknown customer tried to help load the truck and now they are blaming that person

Good to know y’all will call the cops on a poor defenseless person of color, bc he’s trying to make a living & provide for his family. Was all of that really necessary? How disgusting! Will not be shopping here again. Racism in Windsor will NOT be tolerated!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!
