“I went there for the first time and discussed I had a leak of some kind. Ryan said they would first do a free inspection and take pictures and send them to me! This was very comprehensive. We needed new Tie rods and they first thought the leak was from the power steering which was covered in oil, after doing a dye test and doing further testing the leak was from the valve covers. They did an oil change and tire rotation and tire balance as it was needed after replacing the Tie rods. The report was very thorough, most I have ever seen. I am going back to replace the valve covers. They also cleaned and sanitized the inside front of the car! We will continue to use their auto services and I highly recommend them!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

“5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I called for a tow, and after describing problem, the owner suggested he send someone to check the battery, and if that wasn't it then tow truck would be sent. He showed up in timely manner, it was indeed the battery, but all local shops were closed for weekend. He offered to go to store, purchase battery, return and install for me! Made my situation so much simpler to deal with than I anticipated. Great service, professional, friendly, efficient and trustworthy.”

“Last year I was on my way to Santa Rosa to purchase a used truck and just happened to Google dealerships on the way and stopped by. Bill was my introduction to the Silveria team and he was a big reason why after a couple of visits to dealerships in SR I returned. Through the whole process he was outstanding! I believe I also worked with Ron at the end of the deal and he added to the experience in positive way. Both told me how the Silveira family are about doing the right thing and taking care of customers, but I did not know how true this was until recently. I had taken my truck to a dealership where I live for a repair. They told me I would have to pay sixteen hundred dollars out of my pocket. I contacted warrantee company directly myself and same results of a denied claim. I then reached out to Silveira and got in touch with Donatella. Not only did she deliver with getting warrantee company to agree to cover repairs she contacted me even when she did not have all the answers just to let me know she was working on it... “Amazing experience, especially for a tow truck company! My vehicle broke down on CA-1 and they were able to make it over in about 1.5 hours (reasonable given how remote I was).My driver Evan arrived at the expected time, was extremely friendly the whole time and able to get me some quick suggestions on where to take it to as well.Even though it took a little longer than expected to load and unload (as you can see he had to dig me out), they still charged me a fair price.If you're looking for an honest tow company in the area I'd recommend these guys!”

“On our way back from a camping trip from Lake Sonoma our boat trailer had 2 tires suddenly blow out. We were on the freeway and had our children and dogs with us. We called Diamond Roadside and didn't know what to do, as we had never had a flat on our boat trailer before. They came out and helped us, brought us water, the dogs a treat and gave my husband a ride to buy new tires for the boat. They returned and installed the new tires, without them we would have been stranded on the side of the 101 with small children, dogs and not knowing what to do.
