“Victor and all the staff at the center is great. I had a flat and called early in the morning. Victor had me come in around 8am. I have a Tesla so the tires are special but that wasn't an issue for the center. I drove out of the center at around noon with both tires fixed and my car aligned. Thanks for everything! “The reason why these guys are the best in Los Angeles is clear: they perform Road Forced balancing, precision alignments, and proper indexing. For a few years now, I have owned my heavy Bimmer 6 vert, and I can attest that the roads in Los Angeles are equally as good as California bagels.Because of the countless potholes, misaligned paving, dip signs everywhere warning drivers of a actual man made dips in the road! The vehicle is constantly being subjected to beating.Brett was very helpful while I brought the car in and explained the process to me. Prior to my walk-through, I had a chance to interact with at least 5 staff members, and all of them were friendly.The car drives as if it were brand new. I am thankful for the exceptional service. But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!”

“I had an amazing first-time experience here today...from my customer service representative Nicole, to check to see if they had my oil filter in stock until I left after my oil and engine filter change. Nicole offered me a coupon at the end of our conversation and conveniently texted it to me. When I entered the parking lot I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. There was not one minute of time where I had to guess what I had to do next. I was guided and kept updated on what they were doing. When the service technician showed me my engine filter it looked as if it was wearing a wig there was so much debris on it. I had that changed in addition to my planned oil change. It was first-class service all the way from corporate customer service to the location itself. I was happy to see a service tech that was a woman! Go girl. “I was there two days ago and I must say wow!!!!This place was super fast, friendly and totally professional! There’s a young lady who works there who was in charge. She was awesome! She was knowledgeable and helpful! She told me several things I needed and showed me ! So I got some new filters and even windshield whippers. I came for my quick oil change but their careful inspection of my challenger allowed them to tell me what I needed to replace! Which I love !!!! She was super!!! The entire team was amazing!!
