“My first visit to this location was over a year ago when I had a screw in my tire. They fixed the tire at no charge and just asked that I consider them when it was time for new tires. A couple months ago, I went in for another screw, which they again fixed at no charge. At that time I also had them do an alignment, and we discussed the condition of my tires. I was told I was getting very close to needing new tires, and they gave me several quotes on different tires. But at no time did I feel pressured to buy right then or to buy a certain brand. I called back a week later asking them to run several more quotes on other tires my husband was interested in. We finally selected a brand, the tires arrived the day after we ordered, and we had them installed the same day. I have been so pleased with the service at Les Schwab. The employees are always extremely friendly, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and I’ve never felt pressured into a service. I will now be using them for all the different services they provide, as they have proven they value customer service.”

They answered the phone promptly, they didn't have the low profile tire I needed but informed me that they can order it as they may be able to get it by the end of the day. Sure enough I got a call back within a few hours that they received my tire and installed it by the end of the day. I like how they're open till 6pm which I think is a brilliant idea to accommodate customers who doesn't get off work till 5 and that's exactly how I was able to get my tire replaced the very same day I called. The price is a lot better than most and they carry wide variety of brands. Ashley and the young mechanic are very helpful, he explained to me the damage on my flat tire which I appreciate. “It will cost you. They are not crooks like other people say, but they are pricey. I was told upfront it was gonna cost me and it did. I just got a diagnostic done and they found the electrical problem. He gave me detailed list of what needed to be done and why it broke. 4 stars just because after the diagnostic the price was 4 times more than the shop that ended up fixing charged me, all the issues caused by the short. But don't let that fool you, if your regular mechanic hasn't figure it out bring it here, just be ready to pay. They know their stuff and they also know expertise is not cheap.”
“Amazing place. Went to a tire shop and got 3 used tires, one had a leak. Only had a few hours in between classes and these guys killed it in 30 minutes. Got 2 really good tires and they put them on for me for $80. Best prices I've ever gotten for a tire place. Def will be my new tire shop.”
