Claims to open at 10 am, but it doesn't open until 1030 am. They also have brown rice on the menu but never have it available. Food is fair, and service is so so. The neighborhood isn't that great.

Went later at night but they were still preparing food fresh. This is the only Panda I know of that has a drive through.

Ordered three plates and 2/3 were fine, but one plate had the wrong entrees.
