“Our family has both our puppers go to see the doctors and staff at Bridge Street. One of ours had a TPLO surgery, and we couldn't have asked for better treatment! They always love our babies as if they are their own. I am thrilled with the service and care we receive there.”

“Before and after pics. Miraculous! The vet also took time to explain what food, treats, and other treatments I can do to help my dog prevent plaque - very informative. Way cheaper than the vet office and no anesthesia. The only way to go in my opinion!”

“Super friendly and helpful but I was a little disappointed at the differences in pricing for a freeze compared to ICSB Atlanta. Probly nothing they can do about that, but it was the only negative otherwise 5 stars. Lots of experience here and willing to share and discuss.”

“Our experience was terrible from the perspective of bringing in our beloved Hamlet for euthanasia. As for the facility itself, they earned every one of those 5 stars. The place was clean and the staff outstanding. The veterinarian was a true pro and sensitive to our feelings about the situation.Everyone there was courteous and professional in all respects.Great vet clinic.”

“Best clinic in the state! We have been taking our dogs to them for years. Never a problem! They are always so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough! It's hard to find people that actually care and listen these days! Five stars!!!”

“The care our puppy received from Banfield was good, and they always treated him very well. I did not give 5 stars because the wellness plans were not very up front about certain things like how many visits you get included. When we signed up in Omaha, we asked specifically if we would be able to go to any Banfield location at any time, and they told us yes. Later, we learned that in order to receive any preventative medicines, we would need to have him examined at every new location. This is a problem for us as we travel for work. It wouldn't have been such an issue except it is not unlimited exams as it leads you to believe upon signing up. Our wellness plan is not even up until October but once we got him neutered we were sent home with everything left on his plan medication wise and then I received a text stating he only had one more included visit in his plan. There was also a point where the app alerted me that he was due for a comprehensive exam. So I scheduled it and had it completed on the date the app said it was due. At the end of that visit, I was informed that the app is often inaccurate. Why not fix these issues? We won't be continuing through Banfield because of these misleading issues. If it weren't for the awesome staff, I would have given 3 stars instead of 4.”
