“I took my new kitten here because they were the only place after calling 19 other vets that had the distemper plus chlymidia vaccination. The folks here are nice and the service met my expectations. Wierd name for a vet, though.”

“Decided to take my 2 year old Jack Russell to K9 smiles because I loved the thought of anesthesia-free teeth cleaning. Couldn’t be happier with how amazing his teeth came out! Will definitely make this a routine to prevent any kind of dental issues. Dr. Kaci, Tina and technician, Emily, were very professional and it was so much more reasonable than taking him in to a vet clinic for a teeth cleaning. His teeth are actually sparkling!”

“I’ve been taking my dogs and cats to Bridge St. Vet for over 4 years. I recently took one of my dogs for her yearly check up and vaccines. The did Heartworm test on her that was negative. Decided to give her the vaccination, but they said they had to mix it up And it would take about 30 minutes. She received some other vaccines as well. She was fine when I took her and got a clean bill of health two days later she started throwing up. I called and I was told to just try to give her rice and chicken. I then took her to Banfield on Sunday. They hydrated her give her some Benadryl and some anti-nausea medicine they said if she continued to throw up to take her to an ER vet well I ended up having to take my boyfriend into the ER. He had a gallbladder attack my Dogs were at his house with his roommate she had not been throwing up anymore. But she passed away about 3 o’clock in the In the morning. I was devastated. I called Bridge St. and Dr. Knutsen who had treated her did call me back. I asked her what was from them mixing up the formula. She wasn’t really sure asked if there was anything they could do for me and I’m like well. I don’t know what you can do. My dog died. I said you could return my money that I spent, but of course they don’t want to do that. I canceled further appointments for my next dog to get going in for her yearly check up I’ve always loved that place but I just don’t think I can trust them now. Seems nobody wants to take responsibility. How do I take a healthy dog in and get a clean bill of health and they give her vaccines and then she dies. I’m devastated by this.”

“We had to let our husky Jack, go about a month ago. Everyone at the clinic was SO helpful, tolerant, and caring. We weren't sure what Jack's best interests were and they walked us through everything. Our appointment lasted over an hour, at which time they never tried to rush us out or made us feel like a bother.

“I took my difficult lil pitty girl to get her nails trimmed, she hates it. It took 4 people and they charged me extra, but they were kind with her and accomplished the task. The team were all friendly and polite. We will be back ;)”
