“This place is probably the only gym around town that has everything you need for a good work out, or strength training. As long as you work out after about 9am, it's never crowded. At most 15 people inside when busy.”

“Great place with all the necessities! Staff are very attentive and polite. This place has a lot to offer everyone. Would definitely recommend. The only minor fault, and it is not direceted at Elite, is that can the sauna not be used to hang towels. It is small and not suited for that plus it’s hard to maintain the temperature when people go in and out for their towels.”

“Coach Solana was awesome. Great instructor/coach, positive, she pushes you when you feel like giving up. The gym was big & clean, well organized. Equipment was super nice and like new condition and the CrossFit athletes that are regulars there where all super nice and encouraging. One of them even helped me tear down my weights after class. Super cool.”
