“They closed early on a Friday, when their sign said their hours were 9-5 Mon-Fri. I called and the voicemail said if you were calling during hours they were busy and with other clients? ok whatever, but on a positive note we do like the insurance service and they did have a clock turned to 9:00 to show when they would return they would return. ?♀️”
