Clean, friendly staff & the walk-up pharmacy typically has little to no line - a huge difference from the standard 8-person deep lines @ Wal-Mart's pharmacy in Canon.

Sooooo slow. I think they are often rude. If you are so behind, hire enough help to meet the customers needs.
