“I went to the branch in Fort Collins to obtain a check to purchase a car from a private seller. We met in the bank lobby to do the transaction. The teller was very helpful in getting the check the way the seller wanted, printed out a blank bill of sale for us, helped us fill out the title transfer and the security guard helped us remove the old plates! They also photocopied everything for us. Such great service!!”
“Im rarely in any branch these days; as I just don’t have any need to visit; but this branch was great; I really had a pleasant in person experience . Mandy was my banker and she was super friendly and professional. She had thorough explanations for all of our issues; she was prompt with handling our accounts; she was also very thorough with ID verification and security checks and she even took the time to make valuable suggestions for improvements and benefits. This is now my home branch. Thanx🤔😁👌”
