“I had a great experience with Mitch at Blue Bank. He went above and beyond to help me organize check images in my account to prepare for tax time. Since I was having trouble with the banking system, he took the extra step of organizing everything into one Word document and followed up with phone calls to keep me updated on his progress. All of the employees at Blue are very nice, but Mitch was especially professional, patient, and helpful. If I ever have account issues, Mitch will definitely be the person I reach out to. “I went to the branch in Fort Collins to obtain a check to purchase a car from a private seller. We met in the bank lobby to do the transaction. The teller was very helpful in getting the check the way the seller wanted, printed out a blank bill of sale for us, helped us fill out the title transfer and the security guard helped us remove the old plates! They also photocopied everything for us. Such great service!!”
