“The local office in Fort Collins people were very good. Gabby at the front desk and Harry the person I met with both were explanatory efficient and personable. However the company at Large totally gave me the runaround. I made numerous calls two more than one number to try to find out the directions about how to go about getting my new machine even though I knew I had been past the 5-year in January.. I spoke with six people including my doctor's office before getting the situation resolved. Always getting referred to the next person and the next person. Very frustrating and long time consumption.”
