“I bought a warranty for my windshield, and I was given the wrong information about how to turn in a claim, and my windshield was not going to be repaired, and we were going round and round. From the very beginning of my problem, Dwayne, service manager, was on the phone with me pretty much day after day, until the matter was resolved – not sure exactly how it was taken care of but he called me regularly to give me updates and let me know they were working on it, and when it was finally resolved, he had everything set up for me to have the new windshield put in etc.While my car was in the shop, I was given a loaner car. As far as I’m concerned, Dave is the epitome of customer service.”

“I must say that I experienced some of the absolute best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.I called just 20 minutes prior to closing to inquire about a flat tire repair to which they accommodated. After arrival, I was given bad news in that my wheel was cracked and my flat couldn't be repaired. I had an extra set at home and was told that he would stay open long enough for me to run home, grab my new wheel, return with it and he would repair my tire, putting the new one back on my car...SO THAT I WOULD BE SAFE!!!! WOW! WHAT A GESTURE!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR CARING!!! YOU ARE AWESOME DISCOUNT TIRE!!! I will be passing on the word as I am doing here today. They stayed open an extra hour to keep me safe!”
