“What can I say? I am so thankful for this place! We were in town for just a few days on a family trip. Our brakes were having problems and needed attention right away. I called a lot of other places and the best they could do was "maybe in a week or two . . ." Well, I had only a few days and we would be heading home. No one would bother to try and help. Then I came across this place and right away they were able to provide assistance.They determined that our rear brakes were shot and needed immediate replacement. We had only the one vehicle. I dropped it off there and Kim offered to give me a ride back to the place we were staying What a blessing!I highly recommend this place and their work! After my trailer hitch detached from the ball a few blocks from the shop -- with my horse still in the trailer! -- good Samaritans helped me re-hitch and then I called Bill. He dropped what he was doing *and drove over to me* so I wouldn't have to risk moving my horse in an unsafe rig. My horse and I can't thank him enough for his kindness. We're fans of First Class Automotive!”

“Tom saved the day!We were at a campsite nearby when our Jeep Grand Cherokee just DIED as we were pulling out to go to a trailhead. We deducted that we needed a new alternator and battery. In calling around to various shops on a Saturday at 1pm, everyone was closed. When we called ARS, Tom answered! Although they were officially closed , Tom listened to our issue and offered to help us even though it was his time off from work! After getting towed to him, he had our Jeep working and back on the road in 2 hours! Had it not been for our hero, we would've had to cut our camping trip short and be towed back to Thornton, CO! We are extremely appreciative for Tom. I've read other reviews where some mention that Tom was rude. He is definitely a straightforward person. So just go with the flow of him and you will be fine. He's a good guy and a veteran!”
