“New building that is easy to reach and park . The office is only open in the evening. Hours are 5 pm to 6 pm to drop off or to pick up packages. One can call and request a driver to stop at one"s place of business during the day for service.”

Service desk employees are pleasant and helpful, and the service desk is sufficiently staffed to keep wait times short.All of the negative reviews seem to be old and outdated. Maybe there were problems before, but it seems they've been resolved. It's unfortunate these old reviews are still dragging down the rating.”
