“We were traveling through the area and a rock hit the windshield of our motorhome. I was afraid the cracks would run if wasn’t repaired quickly. I called several places before finding Tri-State Body Repair. They told us to come on in they would be waiting for us. When we arrived Alex was waiting and immediately checked the damage. He was concerned that the damage might be to extensive for the repair to hold. I asked him to give it a try has we had three weeks left on our trip. “I would recommend this company hands down over any dealership. I was traveling through from Casper, WY to Orange, TX when I got a code regarding my DEF system. I limped my truck pulling my 41ft 5th wheel from almost 2hrs away just to get to a Ford dealership. Went in to Ford the next morning after securing an rv spot and Ford didn't have time for me. They gave recommendations however I didn't use any of theirs and googled diesel mechanic near me. My gut told me to call Arkansas Valley so I did and they transfered me to the owner Trevor (whom was very nice and sounded truly genuine) and gave him a brief description of my issue. He stated to bring it in which I went straight there. He set me up with his technician Kevin. Everyone was just so genuine and nice. Kevin got right to work on my truck and within 1.5hrs of my truck getting diagnosed and forced into regen I was back on the road! So very thankful for great mechanic shops!! Even though he was by himself at that time he went behind the counter, offered great service and recommendation as I was about to take a trip to Colorado Springs. The wait wasn't as long as I'd imagine and payed a reasonable price for the oil change! Great job!”
