I would feel 100% comfortable sending my wife/sister/daughter here by themselves because they will 100% treat you fairly and only recommend what your car needs.
So the story starts with your typical dealership experience- I came in for my 60k service and the dude wanted to charge me $900 in maintenance.
So I called Chan, they were literally half the price so I made an appointment and showed up and they told me I didn’t need ANYTHING done and refused to take any money from me!!! They even took me into the back and showed me everything the dealership told me I needed to work on. The mechanic even showed me what the brand new fluid looks like compared to my “worn out” fluid (yes it looked brand new as Chan auto had said)”
“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I will continue to.keep.car and hopefully bring it back to life so.I can enjoy car and the memories I have had of her while in high school.in Loveland,Co.”
“Friendly, fast, affordable - every time I go to the 30th Boulder location, I’m kicking myself in the butt as I leave for stalling on my oil change (bc I always feel like I should do it myself). They make it such a breeze here that I don’t feel that way. What would take me at least an hour and a few cuss words and just general unpleasantness can be spared into a chill 15 min friendly interaction. I also appreciate that while there’s a lot of things wrong with my vehicle, the sales person is never pushy or rude that I only want my oil changed (can’t say the same for the Longmont location!). I’m glad this is my local spot now so I can always go to this one.”

“Stopped by to get the car fixed up before a lengthy road trip. Got an oil change, transmission fluid change, and new filters. The team did a great job at communicating how long the repairs would take and were mindful of my time. They did excellent work and gave my dusty old car a good clean up. I would definitely go here again.”
“I had an issue where my vehicle was not ready for emissions testing. The state only told me to “Drive the vehicle” which didn’t work for 2 months and multiple test failures. Until finally Izayah Ewings and his team found the issue and I passed emission testing 10 minutes later. Which the state also told me was not possible. But thankfully to the hard work of finding the issue, I have been able to get my tags. Which is normally an inconvenient process but because of my issues this was a nightmare. Finally I got everything resolved thanks to Izayah.”

“First time @ location and had a good experience. Staff were nice and helpful and explained things so I understood.
One thing though that I and other customers witnessed that’s was uncalled for is what seemed like a district manager or some higher up being nasty and rude to his employees and yelling at them and even belittling them. When they were doing their jobs.
Feel bad for the staff and hope they get better treatment. Will be back since staff were so great to me and others while present at this location.!!!!!
And hope to see better upper management in future.! Thanks guys!!!”

“i freaking love lee myles, brought them my truck years ago when the transmission blew and they were so open and did great work. they understand i don’t have a lot of financial flexibility and i love knowing they won’t take advantage of that. they listen to my input even though i’m not the expert bc they know i know my vehicle. even though i moved outta boulder i still bring my truck back here over places that are closer to me. gotta love a local family owned business like this!”
“The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!”

A huge shout out to Ryan (service tech) Jeffrey and Loren from the car service desk in being the most kindness, professional and trustworthy. I took my car in on Friday before labor day and they were able to do what no one around the area was willing to do, (a battery change) forever grateful for them in squeezing me in on such a busy weekend and getting my car back to be before lunch time.
