“Our truck door wouldn't open with the key, so we took it in to True Automotive in Boulder. We authorized a $180 diagnostic fee, as it seemed likely they would need to take apart the door to see what was going on. Much to our surprise, the service manager, Dave, called back an hour later to tell us the tech was able to resolve the issue with a shot of liquid graphite, and that there was no charge for the service. Wow! I can't remember the last time a shop fixed a problem for free! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of automotive repairs.”

“The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!”

“This place deserves 10 stars ⭐! The staff and owner were awesome. They really know their stuff. This location does diesel emissions testing for heavy and light duty diesels (any year) and has a warm waiting room with a bathroom. They even informed me that I can take my completed emissions test paper to a kiosk (located in select grocery stores in the county) for renewal instead of making an appointment at the DMV. I will be returning next year for sure. Thank you SO much!”

“These guy do a great job, I think for a reasonable price. One time they fixed some bottom damage on our Prius, and the bill was less than $60! Less than a tire change! But I wish tire change prices had not gone up. But that's the way it is. Anyone, they are honest and kind and good mechanics!”

I have never had an issue with any of the employees or service. They're down the street from my house and affordable. Not only have I received an oil change but they offer lightbulb and windshield change/install services for an affordable fee. I will only use see to it that my Durango gets serviced here only :)”
