“I've had 2 Minis and appreciate the care from the dealership, but there was a hiccup at my most recent service call. I'd had requested a loaner car when I made the appointment and was told there would be one. When I arrived I was told there was not one, so I had to change my plans. It would have been better service to have let me know ahead of time - or even better..make sure there was one. They were quick on the service work however, so it wasn't too inconvenient.”

“I wish I could give 6 stars! I was introduced to Ron’s Garage at a car show this past summer and was extremely impressed. Little did I know I’d need some repaint on my special car a short while later. I brought it over, Ron looked at it and we setup an appointment for the job. He went above and beyond with an amazing job. We I picked up the car, he showed me and my son around the shop and all the interesting projects. “Overall, my experience with 5250 was good, but not without challenges. I brought in an LS swap with Painless wiring and ECU. The team got started quickly, but I felt the ECU was dismissed too soon as the root issue, despite Painless being a reputable brand. After trailering the car two hours, I had to bring down a factory ECU to continue. When tuning still didn’t go smoothly, I was told it was a wiring issue and that they couldn’t spend more time on it. Ultimately, the real problem was an incorrect O2 sensor (internal ground vs external ground style) an honest overlook when I ordered. While I appreciate the effort and understand the demands of this industry, I expected more professional communication and less product-blaming throughout the process.”

“I picked up a truck shell on a snowy cold weekend and called these guys for some clamps (that I was unprepared for picking up my shell from a private party). Not only did these guys have what I needed in stock, 4 of the employees came out in the cold to help me set my topper on my bed (they didn’t need to help do that but did). They didn’t ask for anything in return but I had to throw them a few bucks for the help. In a society where most places are only worried about making a buck, this shop is a shining example of customer service and great customer experiences. I will always recommend them. Thanks guys!! “Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. Even if you just want to see what Ford has to offer in their new vehicle line up. Come kick some tires I'm sure they wouldn't mind.”
