“Lovely experience with every one of the ladies I talked to today. December 31, 2025. There were some horrible customers throwing childlike temper tantrums because they didn’t bring a receipt to return some items and the young lady that dealt with them did so with grace and kindness. They still left unhappy, but they were just unhappy people. Again, I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time I’ve been in here. These girls are doing a great job.”

“Ryan was SO helpful today. I cannot say enough nice things of how he helped me with a return this afternoon. I had been to Kohl's twice this week trying to return two bathing suits for my daughter but never had the correct label. I came in today with my phone and my laptop. I had the QR codes, but the return location was Whole Foods. Ryan helped me cancel the return so that I could return the two bathing suits to Kohls. (I think he could tell I was exhausted and frustrated with the return process, which was NOT due to any Kohl's employee, but my lack of technology knowledge.) Ryan was VERY sweet, kind, and patient. I'm very grateful!”
